I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The check-in process was efficient, although I found it a bit surprising that no details were provided about breakfast times and facilities; the staff member only informed us of our floor. A few hours later, I received messages inquiring about my room and follow-up communication regarding my stay. Breakfast offered a great variety, but it was quite bustling, and I had to wait about 3-5 minutes for a table on my second morning. I also noticed that some items were running low/out quite quickly, and a delay in restocking due to how busy it was. On the bright side, my room was spacious and very clean. The check-out process was quick and hassle-free.

We had a great experience from start to finish, check in was quick, easy and we were upgraded so that was unexpected. As it was my husbands birthday the reception staff member that checked us in gave us free drink slips for the bar which was much appreciated, he was also very professional but friendly with it. The bar staff were also really great! Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable, we were able to easily adjust the temperature of the room to our comfort level. The bed was really comfortable as were the pillows and I had a fantastic nights sleep, we were expecting some noise from outside as we were opposite a pub but it was actually quite quiet. Altogether a brilliant experience and we would definitely book again

Dusty, noisy room (internal water pipe constantly running) with lights from the air on thermostat randomly starting to “strobe” at about 3 am. All in all a very disappointing stay.

Our room was very clean and we had comfortable bedding. Breakfast could be better with available food and variety of cheese and fruit Easy check in and out There was some issue with electricity and noises overnight but i guess it’s temporary technical issue.

Room was lovely, upon check in I was asked if I preferred a shower cubicle or shower over a bath, I thought that was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and spacious and clean to a good standard. We had drinks and food at the bar the service by Dase was impeccable. Food was delicious.
