Got a complementary upgrade but the room was impossible to heat up and as we could not sleep in a freezer we had to find another hotel at 11PM in the evening... Ruined our stay in London !

The Mandeville is an excellent boutique hotel, centrally located and close to great shopping, restaurants and the tube and train. The staff are all so nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to return soon!
Couldn’t imagine a better location. Restaurant is also awesome. Good stay, but not 5 stars. The room was a bit small and the hotel could use a face lift. As an example, the bathroom had a glass door which makes no sense. It felt like I risked my life when I took a shower.
