We loved staying here. The Mandeville is committed to exceptional customer service & the staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. Clean & beautiful, the hotel is located right in the middle of all kinds of cuisine & shopping. The Mandeville made sure that our stay was exceptional & our memories great. Loved it!!!

Traveling to London many times over the past years, we discovered the Mandeville and for the last two trips, this has been our go-to hotel. The staff is SUPERIOR and we love the location! Close to a tube station, excellent restaurants, and great shopping. Rooms are small, but this is a boutique type hotel.

Great staff. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping

This hotel we would stay in again and again! The hotel is a small, boutique hotel located in an excellent section of London with the nicest, most attentive staff ever! We could not have asked for better service anywhere. This was our second stay at the Mandeville, but definitely not our last!

great location within 2 blocks of Oxford St. great restaurants just steps from the front door. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again!

stumbled upon this hotel and just booked it. the price was quite reasonable at that time but checking it subsequently , it has been quite pricey. the location is awesome and hotel staff was amazing. rooms were clean and comfortable

This is a well-priced hotel that has an excellent location. Just a short (less than 5 minutes) walk away is Oxford Street and the Bond Street tube station, as well as Selfridges, Marks & Spencer and many other high street stores. St Christopher's Place and its many restaurants are a 2 minute walk away. The Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch as are the Bigelow toiletries.

Wanted a hotel in this area. This hotel was a great find. Will book again.

Great central location, nice rooms and ambiance, and excellent service. I would definitely go back.

I had the best time in London at the Mandeville Hotel I loved the location, the helpful staff and the breakfasts.

Great neighborhood. Lots of fun shops. Great neighborhood Pub too. The Mandeville staff were simply awesome. Kind and friendly.

What would have been a very pleasant stay was put over the top by an outstanding act of customer service by the staff. I left this hotel and traveled out to Horsham about an hour away for a wedding. It was only then that I realized I left my wedding blazer in my closet at the Mandeville. But a staff member who was heading somewhere in my vicinity volunteered to bring it to my Horsham hotel. I got my blazer in time for the wedding. Kudos to the great staff here!

The location of this hotel is ideal. There are a number of good restaurants nearby and it is also very close to high street shops. The hotel is small and staff are friendly.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It is also very charming and an overall great choice.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the hotel. Good bar and food attached as well.

Always stay in Marylebone, first time at this hotel- will now be an option to my other favorite hotel!

This hotel is ideally located in close proximity to London's major shopping streets. Restaurants around are also great. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

Overall, my stay at the Mandeville was an excellent experience. My room was small, but clean and comfortable. Decor was simple and contemporary. Good bed; limited closet space. With one notable exception, the staff made my stay. Unfortunately, that one exception was the clerk serving at the reception desk the evening I arrived. She was rude, insisted my booking did not include breakfast though I showed her on my confirmation print out that it did, and was unapologetic after she called the booking company to confirm what I'd told her. She said she would inform the restaurant and didn't. Not a good first impression. The rest of the staff, however, were wonderful. They were helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make sure I had anything and everything I needed. The food and beverage manager, who was the one who finally sorted out the breakfast issue, was the consummate professional. When I arrived for breakfast the first morning, grumpy and jet lagged, only to find my room number was not "on the list," he soothed my irritation, brought me coffee and juice and told me not to worry, he would take care of it. Throughout my stay, he and his staff went above and beyond to ensure all of my experiences in the bar and restaurant were memorable, and I mean that in the best way possible. They more than made up for the one rude staff member I encountered. I have already booked a return stay at the Mandeville.

This was my first visit. I found it comfortable and very convenient to anything you might want.

This is a good solid boutique hotel choice. Very central and easy walking distance to lots of London attractions - this is a fairly small well run hotel which is a good choice as a base for sightseeing.
