Dec 21, 2018

We have been waiting over 30 minutes to arrive at the gate while they waited for the othe plane to taxi to the runway. This is unacceptable. It’s a complete waste of everyone on this plane. We are still waiting to disembark

COST WAS THE FACTOR. I WOULD NOT FLY FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS. SEATS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE. NO WIFI

Great airline service.

May 12, 2018

I paid for my seat, it was ok. I slept during my flight, so I don’t know if the people were nice or not or if snack or drink were offered. I think I slept because I was exhausted, not because my seat was comfortable.
