There is absolutely nothing not to like about this hotel. Perhaps the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful staff. Superb amenities. Highly recommend.
What a wonderful hotel. Ideal location. We were traveling with our children and the brought a tent the first night for them to play with for the week. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Such a great place to stay and enjoy London for the week.
This is the second time staying at The Landmark London Hotel. My first stay and experience is why I came back the second time. My second stay was not the same experience as the first. This seemed to be a different Hotel. It started off very disappointing with a dirty room. The bathroom sink and floor did not look to be cleaned from the last guests. The carpet was heavily stained in several areas. The mattres sagged in the middle and the sheets were torn. I did notify the front desk. They moved me to another room promising me a better experience. This room was smaller, not what I paid for and had its own concerns. I was tired due to a long flight, so I did not call the front desk again. Not sure if the management staff was the same since 2011, but the two rooms I occupied need some maintain and upkeep.
We enjoyed our stay at the Landmark. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. The food was good if you were in a pinch...very overpriced. There's a costa and several small sit down restaurants close by. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the decor needs to be brought up to date (missing tufts on headboard and dust in pictures).
Part of the Facilities were under renovation so could not use -spa and fitness center though hey had an alt option provided couple of blocks down. Restaurant was all booked in weekend. Could not use with no prior reservation for special occasion.
Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Service is great, and quick room service. Location is very accessible. Would come again
We can't say enough good thing about the Landmark hotel in London. The location, the grand appearance, the warmth of the staff, the comfort were all top notch. The fact that the hotel was just across the street from the tube station and had a covered walkway was a real plus for those of us that are of a certain age. We will certainly stay at the Landmark on future stays in London.
Loved it!! Beautiful rooms, great location, the little cafe outside the hotel great for coffee and breakfast!! And extremely affordable..
This was by far the finest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathtub was heavenly and the bed was amazing. Somebody even came to fetch my girlfriend's bracelet out of the drain at 2 AM! I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wishes to have a more than comfortable stay in London!
Nice room , clean and huge location is ok very good staff service Expensive food
Other than the beds being a little hard, the place is great. Would stay again.
Incredibly located, we spent a complete week at The Landmark as a family. Large room sizes are very accommodating for a 4-member family and have all of the amenities. Restaurant installations are top notch, but VERY pricey. Staff at hotel was EXTREMELY nice and welcoming throughout our stay. Location is fantastic as there is a Tube station across the street from rear exit. If we were to return, we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommendable.
Nice hotel, big rooms. The bed and pillows could be a lot softer though.
Classic elegance without pretentiousness. The rooms are large, comfortable, and the bathroom stunning and spa like. Most importantly, the staff were universally incredibly attentive and welcoming. Great location!
We stayed at the Landmark for seven nights and could not have been more satisfied. The room was lovely and the staff was very accommodating. We had easy access to anywhere we wanted to go in London (and also had a tube station steps away). The dining at the hotel was also very good. We would certainly stay here again.
I get the sense this hotel doesn't know what it wants to be. Is it a premium hotel with great service and premium amenities or a budget hotel? The rates are priced competitively with other high end hotels but they overcharge you on everything and provide little amenities. No drinking water is provided, they charge almost $30 per day for internet access and the toiletries are their own bottled brands instead of known premium brands. The quality of food from their kitchen is also average.
The Landmark London places you in London City Centre, within a leisurely stroll of popular sights such as Hyde Park and Marble Arch. This 300-room, 5-star hotel has 2 restaurants along with conveniences like an indoor pool and free in-room WiFi.
