Stayed here 16 years ago and it was lovely. Stayed her for business for one night and was disappointed. The website says there was a refurbishment in 2023 but it appears it was just the gym that was refurbished. The room had an awful smell coming out of vent. Breakfast was poor and not the cleanest. I won’t stay again.

The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms and common spaces were clean. While rooms meet the standard, it would be helpful to provide simple amenities such as toothbrush and such to accommodate travelling guests.

Checked in early by the lovely Thanya we found all the staff super helpful and friendly with it from the doormen/concierge to the room cleaners...thank you all. Super clean and well equipped room with an oh so comfy large bed.

The room was never cleaned by the time we came back every day of our stay and we had to ask for the room to be tidied up in the evening. The facilies and room were clean but looked tired, staff were nice but overall the hotel was not a 4* experience, property or facilities, I'd not rush to come back. It might have been a nice hotel 20 years ago, but not now, it just lacked in everything for us starting from the 2 hour wait to check-in. Great location though, hence why 3*.
