This property checks off all of my key boxes in picking a hotel. Staff at the front and housekeeping were responsive and maintained high standards in performing their roles. The room was spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. The location adjacent to Paddington Station is so convenient and walkable. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and plan to do so again when in London.

The Hilton Paddington first of all has a fantastic location because it is connected to a railroad station, which is a direct link to the London Heathrow airport. This is called Paddington Station.. It is in a wonderful which is very close to Hyde Park, the ultimate place on earth in my opinion jog and run. The main bulk of the city is on the other side of the park, which is not too far away and Kensington Palace, which you can visit Diana at is pretty close walking.. I highly recommend recommended as the rooms are very nice and big and perfectly equipped.

We had a double room which was spotless, the excellent staff were a highlight, every interaction was a masterclass in customer service. Breakfast was in buffet form, and I know it may sound daft but you can normally rate a buffet by how good their sausages are, and they did not disappoint, excellent! with a nice selection of cooked and continental style breakfast were available, including some coffee machines to get you up to cruising altitude. Location is everything and you may not think it's worth the £200pn+ price tag but for us it was worth every penny for access to the train network.

Location is of course unbeatable if you are travelling from Heathrow, hotel staff efficient and helpful, good layout, nice design in rooms. Could benefit from breakfast room service and the bath amenities were scarce. Overall excellent value for money.
