The staff at this hotel are top-notch and care about one thing - the satisfaction of their guests. Whether it be the doorman - who always was there with a smile and has a great sense of humor - or the folks at the registration desk - customer service is number one. My daughter got extremely sick with food poisoning - like EXTREMELY SICK. We needed garbage bags, towels, cleaning products, towels, etc. Never once did they say no and never once did they end up put out. There are more details that I will spare you with - but I will spare you. EVERYONE from the registration desk to the concierge, etc. cared about our health and safety and made sure that we were OK and taken care of. Great hotel - a short walk to Buckingham and the staff makes this place well worth it as well. Five Stars!

Hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall the customer service was outstanding. The bar was lovely which we used for a drink. The only drawback was the room felt a bit dated and it only had a small double bed.

Not a 5 star establishment. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful staff especially Olaide and Abrar. Dingy dark space with no amenities or lounge. Rooms and space overall needs updating. ‘King’ bed has an uncomfortable crease down the middle and walls are paper thin you can hear the next guests snoring. Pascal and Roberto however were perfect examples of what 5 star service looks like.
