Great modern hotel, comfy room and bed, cleqning service. Excellent customer service and staffing. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and sightseen. Great rooftop with an amazing view to the City, music “DJ” and excellent cocktails and appetizers. Tower Hill metro station right in the corner. I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Great hotel experience in the heart of London with excellent views of the Tower. Efficient check in and check out and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some weird automation stuff that went too far like blinds opening when you enter the room. But otherwise a perfect place to stay.

The staff were AMAZING!! So friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Getting onto the train is literally at the door! It was the perfect location.
