Located in the heart of London next to Tower Bridge and an underground station. Rooms are very small but quiet (i.e. one person will need to climb over the other to get out of bed fi they need to get up at night) and you'll likely be checking yourself in. One staff member does all the check in support - if you prefer bellhops and other support, this is not your best match.

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved the location, loved my room. I wish I could recreate my ciyizenM room in my house! The amenities were top notch. The price is higher than what I usually pay but soooo worth it!

Great hotel but it’s okay not to use too much tech
Let me get one thing straight first, this hotel is fantastic, welll located for Tower Bridge, wonderfully quirky, staff are friendly plus super attentive and I’d stay there again. However, the pipework “singing” loudly at 3am and 4am plus the iPad not working to control my room along with the app being problematic to install (all just to switch the TV on?!) really tainted my stay unfortunately.

Disappointing stay
Unsure how this hotel is considered to be a 4 star. When I entered my room itself, it wasn’t fully cleaned. The iPad (which is your only way of communicating - the tech is cool but also kinda unhelpful at times) only gave me an option for a “light clean” the next day, so I went and asked them downstairs to do a thorough cleaning. Yet, it was still barely cleaned after that — could tell that it wasn’t fully cleaned. There was also a weird smell in the room the whole time. Overall pretty disappointed.

The hotel has a great ambience. The lobby is very cool the rooftop bar even cooler! But what makes this hotel really special is the staff. I was greeted with warm smiles and a desire to please at every turn. Special mention to the lovely bar staff - who really lifted my mood after a difficult day. Wish I had their names but they were such nice people.

What a great property and concept! I loved the price and what you get is what you need, a big bed, hot shower, clean room, and great wifi. Also, the decor and interior design is so cool....what a great place to stay.
