Property is in a great location. The restaurant in ground floor has very good food and is nicely decorated, ideal for a meal or just drinks. From the room the view of the city was quite nice. Staff were extremely helpful during our check-in and throughout our stay.

Great location since we were arriving from Paris on the train. Beautiful site with very kind and helpful staff. One issue was finding a place to open our luggage and unpack. Not a lot of surface level for luggage. Overall, beautiful property great also if you’re getting the train up to Althorp via the Euston stop. Convenient and great staff!

A slick comfortable hotel offering a short walk to the Eurostar terminal. The lighting in the room was a bit complicated. Also, if being picky, the reception and bar restaurant area was a bit frenetic, where refined and comfortable might have worked a bit better. Maybe it’s an age thing. 😊

The room was extremely outdated, with a clogged sink drain and a toilet that clearly hadn’t been flushed. The more I think about our stay, the more gross it feels. On top of that, none of the hair dryers worked — and I stayed here three separate times over the past month, with the same issue each time.

Excellent staff, Gabila, very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent too, next to british library and 5mins walk from king's cross station. A lot of good restaurants close to the hotel. There are three lifts, and the middle one has window to see the surrounding view which is very nice. The only downside was the bathroom, shower was very weak and the ventilation of the bathroom is not strong enough.

Great hotel in a great location

Fab hotel in eats walking distance from Kings Cross station and the fabulous shopping and eating at Coal Drops Yard. All staff were friendly, room was great with an enormous bed. We were missing a towel and this was quickly brought up to us. We appreciated the water in the room.

Great stay, central location

My husband and I stay at this hotel when we visit London. This was our first stay with our kids and it was fine. We had two rooms that fit 6 of us (3 kids, 3 adults) which worked out well. The staff is always friendly and there are plenty of food options around the area. Also took advantage of their gym (which was nice and clean) and we like that it is close to the train station.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is great (close to both Euston and King’s Cross stations). Plenty of places to eat in the area, along with grocery stores, in case you don’t want to eat out. Beds were comfortable, but there isn’t much space for luggage. We could fit one suitcase onto the desk, but the rest of our luggage had to sit on the floor. The shower pressure was nice, but it didn’t drain quickly enough, risking water all over the bathroom floor. The air conditioning worked well, even though we didn’t need it the whole time.
