Pros: - spacious room - sauna - great bed - free waters (1 still, 1 sparkling) every day - easy access to both King's Cross/St Pancras and Euston station - Ali is amazing and deserves a raise. When we were leaving, our uber was very confused and kept trying to direct us to different places for pick-up. Ali took charge and helped us by speaking directly to the uber driver to identify where to meet and took our luggage each time we had to move to meet our driver. Cons: - check-out is at 12PM but our keycards did not work after 11AM. we had to go down to the front desk to get them working again - towels were not soft - there was a weird sulfuric smell every time we used the sink in the bathroom. - check-in clerk (very tall female) seemed very annoyed that we were bothering her and keeping her from flirting with the other front desk clerk and playing with cards to do her job. we were trying to fill out the health questionnaire to get access to the gym facilities. Overall, a great hotel with good/easy proximity to transportation. Would stay again!

Room was very warm, unable to sleep. air conditioning not working even with temperature set to minimum, window only opened slightly. Staff not interested when reported on checkout. Otherwise clean with usual room amenities.
