Pullman London St Pancras

Loved the location and ambience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue for me was the actual size of the room. It is the same as the pictures but seems a little larger than reality.

The hotel is clean and modern - has all the necessities. It is close to St. Pancras, so good if you arrive by Eurostar and it is close to everything else via the tube station King's Cross.

Excellent for travel. Next to both Kingscross & Pancreas International (Eurostar) AND Underground. Good restaurants nearby in the upcoming Kingscross area (try Dishoom). Hotel staff outstanding and rooms are modern and clean. Highly recommend.

The Pullman was the perfect hotel for our visit to London to see our daughter studying at IES. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train stations so it's easy to travel everywhere! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They're welcoming and personable! The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is incredible! We had a nice quiet room on the 8th floor and great views riding the elevator and from our floor! We would highly recommend the Pullman!

We needed a hotel near Kings Cross for one night and was amazed by the lovely rooms, their size and overall ambiance. The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. The lobby is lovely but we didn't use the restaurants so we cannot speak about the food or the restaurants themselves. The doorman loaned us an umbrella when it was pouring down with rain. Although I know there are cheaper places to stay in London I thought this was a good price for the size and quality of room and it's location.

This hotel was a great find. Modern and very comfortable. Large rooms for a European hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Our rate included breakfast, which was abundant and quite good. Well worth it. The location is excellent, across the street from the British Library and a block from the Kings Cross station where you can pick up numerous tube lines. Bus outside the door. Eurorail right there too. Lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitlely book this hotel again.

I had to take the Eurostar Very convenient Room was comfortable

I stay here frequently when I am in town for business (my firm has an office nearby). The hotel is convenient and clean. Since the refurbishment the bathrooms seem to work better and the rooms are very nice. Lower floors in front of the hotel can be noisy. Nice they finally have free wifi. I was about to reluctantly try other hotels because it is such a bother to have to pay for wifi.

I got an upgrade to a Deluxe Room for free, but had to stay on the 1st floor of 16. So that was a good deal for room comfort but the view would have been so much nicer higher up. The breakfast offers a rich variety of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, hot dishes, etc etc. This seem to be true for all Pullman hotels in my experience. 4/5 stars. In the weekends, the breakfast closes at noon which is great for sleep-ins. The bed in my deluxe room was wider than king size, and very comfortable. There was about 10 different pillows to choose from so I had nights of great sleep. The hotel is conveniently located close to St Pancras station, so you can get from Heathrow directly on the Picadilly line for only 3 quid unless you want to spend a fortune on a cab and waist time in traffic. The "spa" is a sauna and two relax chairs. The gym, also situated on the 5th floor, offers a view over the slightly more expensive St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The hotel is close to many main attractions and there are bus stops and tube stations nearby.

perfect location and excellent customer service. the decor of the rooms and hotel is the best I have seen so far. the delux room I stayed in was perfect for a couple. I would definitely stay there again

was easy to get on and off the Eurostar rooms were large and clean

Very pleasant stay. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice accommodations.

The location is terrific for the museums and British Library. It is less desirable for the Thames area attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel common areas have been modernized but the rooms are somewhat small.Overall an excellent value.

The good - Amazing location, close to Eurostar to Paris and Euston tube stop. The decor of the rooms themselves is excellent. Bed is comfortable, shower and bathroom work very well. The not so good - The air conditioning / heating in the room works nicely, but makes a horrible loud buzz like a cheap in-window unit. I was woken up enough times by that buzzing that I had to get up and work out how to turn it off, but then it was too cold when I woke up in the morning. The check-in machines are not user-friendly and take too long, then someone comes over to help. Would have been better to have that person just check me in.

This was in a perfect spot to see the city. Three great restaurants around the corner (Sushi, Szechuan, and a great pub). The included breakfasts were wonderful. King size beds were very unusual for Europe.

Stayed here after coming in off the Eurostar. The location is very good for easy transport on multiple underground lines in addition to the train, though the area around the hotel/train station is not the prettiest. There is a decently equipped gym which is a rare in Europe. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the free hotel breakfast very good. Free Internet throughout the hotel. The staff here were amazingly helpful and friendly.

Right next to St. Pancras station-a 2 block walk for Eurostar. The hotel was recently remodeled into an ultra modern theme that was fantastic. The lobby, open area restaurant and the room were some of the best we have encountered in our 5 visits to London. Highly recommend.

Super good hotel value when you consider breakfast. Very clean room. Two blocks from St. Pancras station, where Eurostar leaves from.

I was originally given a 2nd floor room. But they moved me quickly to the tenth when I asked for a quieter (no construction sounds) room. Wonderful views. Helpful staff. Didn't use overpriced wifi. Ate MUCH at included breakfast (a breakfast room with a window would have been nice). Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. I had business near King's Cross before returning to the US. My one complaint was that I could not get into my room until 1:30 pm. The receptionist insisted that there was not a single room available at that time. This was a problem since I had arrived from Cambridge at 10 am. The breakfast was plentiful but not especially memorable.
