Awesome everything was great room, location and food.
The perfume/scented candles/incense or whatever they are discharging in the lobby is a health hazard to those like myself with respiratory issues. I dreaded going back to the hotel and especially spending any time in the lobby. I thought they were selling perfume in the lobby or that the lobby was adjacent to a perfume seller. I asked about it and was told it’s a scent that is changed every month. Please reconsider this practice. If you must, why not something less invasive like flowers - which can be avoided if necessary?
My favourite hotel in London, I always have a wonderful stay here, and it's worth the cost. It's clean, comfortable, quiet, and also modern. I noticed that you've changed the bathroom amenity kit brand, which was ok, but I think I preferred the old brand. A minor quibble. But, still to remain my personal go-to.

Amazing hotel with outstanding staff! We have traveled around the world and have not found a more outstanding staff than at the Hilton London Bankside! From the awesome concierge man to the wonderful doorman in the top hat to the chef with the beard at breakfast to our great servers, all of you added to our wonderful stay! We felt welcome from the very moment we arrived by the woman at the front desk and it continued from there. Our room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable! Being in a wheelchair isn’t always easy, but your staff made it very easy for me! Let’s talk about breakfast: there was something for everyone including gluten free. My son has strong food allergies and they were able to take care of his needs. 10 stars would be more appropriate!
