Great Location for easy access to Tube and London

Great location with easy access to multiple Tube line option and direct quick journey time to Heathrow Airport. Good breakfast options, quality linen and comfortable beds.

Friendly reception & elegant premises. Extremely expensive for a tiny single room, with some features literally falling off. Exasperating muddle at breakfast second morning about whether it had been pre-paid. Other Radisson Blu hotels do better and offer better value for money.

This was a perfect base for a weekend in London - close to the major museums like the Science, Natural History and V&A museums! I got a free upgrade on arrival. Room was spacious, clean, good background and nespresso machine in room. Thank you

Checked into room, very smelly of dirty water, portable air conditioning unit had leaked water into carpet. The receptionist was unhelpful, didn’t apologise and had to be pushed for us to move room.

We had an early morning flight out of LHR and wanted a car and driver, we were told to take a taxis and that they would book it for us. No driver, no cab, no responsibly by front desk, had to call for our own cab. Very poor.

Good staff but tired hotel

Hotel has fabulous location for the museums and south Kensington. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is dated, room was so small and so hit. Air con didn't work and one fan that sort of blew air round didn't help. Pillows were flat and minimal tea and coffee facilities. Hotel is like a maze and only 2 small lifts. It all just feels like it needs a face lift but it won't get it as the location will keep it busy

Aside from the lobby, property is poorly maintained and dirty. The staff do their best to make things right, but there's a limit to what service can compensate for when the infrastructure just isn't up to standard. Oh and the pictures in Expedia don't match the property.

We stayed for a week. Check in was at 3pm but our room was ready when we got there at 11am which was good. The room was on the second floor and you needed a map to get to the room. If you had too much at the pub you may never find your room. Our room at a small flight of stairs in the room to get to the bathroom in the room. The rooms are very dated, the coffee table in the room the leg was ready to fall off, the carpet has seen better days. The bathroom was big and it was clean. Would I stay there again, prob not. Sorry, but it just didn’t do it for me.

Hotel was in a great area of Kensington, lots to explore nearby. Literally one block away from the Natural History Museum and lots of great shops and restaurants. Also close to the Gloucester tube station, so easy to get to major sites in London. Noise level was manageable despite the fact that it faced a busy street. It was great to have a lift which made it easy to get upstairs with luggage. The room looked a bit old and seemed could use an update.
