Never again Too small Poorly designed Too expensive

Good location for Euston Station. Convenient to Warren Street tube stop. Restaurants on Drummond. The staff was very nice. Having a fridge handy. The top two floors are very hot, even in cold weather. The tv didn't work (the remotes didn't either). The top floor had a really disgusting smell. I assume it was other guests cooking. I had my window open all five days I was there. The mattress was worn out. I could feel the springs, although the half near the wall was better. The shower needed a shelf.

My first stay in London in an apartment hotel was prompted by hotel rates being extraordinarily high for the dates of my stay. Location was great. Near several tube lines and walking distance to Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross railway stations. Had largest size studio. Bedroom didn’t have adequate storage space so I put my luggage in the kitchen which I did not use for cooking. Property not air conditioned so could be stuffy on hot day. Shower was rather narrow. Bed very comfortable and furniture up to date. Had room 209. No noise at night.

This hotel is in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to underground station or train station. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Room is quiet and bed is comfortable. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom is too tiny and the shower door is difficult to close and open.

It's a reasonably affordable hotel in a convenient location, especially if arriving by train at St Pancras. Very close to tube stations and a small supermarket is right around the corner. The fridge and microwave in the room made it so we wouldn't have to eat out every night if we didn't feel like it.

If only there had been room to maneuver in the room without having to deliberate each and every single movement. Sometimes I head to step sideways just so as not to hit myself on anything. Anything I needed to do whether shower or get dressed was a major set of pre-thought out operations. Additionally, there is no onsite staff after early evening so with late check-in had to go to another of their facilities ti do that. Also ended up on the fourth floor of this walk-up building and twisted my knee struggling up the stairs with my luggage resulting in a day and a half of painful and somewhat limited mobility. The bed was one of those things where you could feel metal parts eight near the top and it sank at the middle. Trying to find a comfortable position was difficult.

The rooms were very small, and a little dated, but it was perfect for what we needed. If you expect a large, typical hotel room, or need a lot space, this place may not be for you. If you only need a comfortable space to store your gear and rest after a day of sight seeing, I'd certainly recommend it.

Definitely a place for the flexible, non-high brow, cost conscious traveler. Very, very cramped quarters. (For instance, you cannot reach down in the shower for shampoo or soap without opening the shower door, nor pass another person between the bed and wardrobe.) The building and furnishings are worn and outdated, with narrow halls and a minuscule reception area. Our single room window opened only a few inches, with cooling from a tiny portable fan not up to the job. There was only one electrical outlet that we could find before the morning we left when we found a second mashed between mattress and wall and a third nestled under the tv. The fridge's coolness was only barely adequate (no freezer either), even on highest setting.
