Location was good easy to commute to the shopping streets Oxford Street also good restaurants are in this Area

Location was good. Service was slow especially at the restaurants in the hotel.

The hotel needs a lower sign (eye view) on building stating Hotel name. When you are walking you can not see name unless you across the street. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious.

nice location and overall good experience, rooms were bit small but clean and comfortable

The lobby and main floor premises were really nice BUT our room was very dated, in poor condition and in need of repair. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken, the lamp shades were falling apart and the bathroom tub was in need of repair. It was very disappointing.

This hotel is awful! The rooms are not kept up and the overall hotel is old and not friendly.

Breakfast was fantastic, the room was a good size and perfectly air-conditioned.

We stayed here 7 nights. Hotel Reception staff is extra helpful and nice. They made things perfect for us to suit our needs. Conceirge staff is also amazing. They started communicating with us before our arrival from US over email, and had plans ready for us upon our arrival. Rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. There are a lot of transport options available from this location, so we were able to plan our outings very easily on very short notice. Food is available 24 hours in this area, and there is a 24 hour Tesco Express just 3 min walk away.

Matttress was hard. Location is great with access to underground tube across the street. Staff and concierge was very helpful in guiding us.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They tried charging me twice for my room. They also attempt to nickel and dime every step of the way. Breakfast not included, tried telling me I could only get the early bird special for breakfast at check-in, but no body told me about it at check-in. Charging for WiFi at a daily rate.

Possibly the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Extremely busy with all the conventioneers there.

Bad experience overall. Right from check in they told me room i booked is not available and next available room is 20 pound per night more expensive which i took it as have no other option. TV was not working called them couple of time but it was not fixed during my entire stay. Room was small and suffocating, space even to walk in room. Room cost 200$ per night but was in terrible. Only positive thing was area, right in central London close to Oxford street, Hyde park. Lot of restaurants and you can walk around. Too expensive for condition.

Reception clerk was very helpful and took all the time necessary with me. Very positive experience. I think his name was Joep (he is from Holland)

Hotel is clean and big. Make sure you eat, otherwise after 10pm it's impossible to find anything open at the hotel.

we needed beds for three people. hotel has that availability

the Superior rooms were a decent size for a family of 4. Loved the location. Short walk from Paddington station where you can catch the Heathrow Express from th airport. Plus 3 subway lines right by the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby and you can walk to Hyde Park.

Our room was clean but dated. Most of the staff where friendly. Hotel was in a good location to tour London.

Very Classy reception area and bars and restaurants. The room we had was spacious, but seemed low on lighting. Was surprised to learn, no water was available to us in the room, unless if we paid a GBP5 surcharge for each bottle.. :( The front desk and concierge staff were very helpful and professional. THANKYOU!!! Very conveniently situated near bus / Underground networks. Large variety of local restaurants within walking distance. Will certainly look to book here in the future. Thanks
