Property was overall well kept and in a great location. We stayed in a renovated room and for how small hotel rooms are in London, our room felt spacious. The Hilton really knows how to maximize space. Would stay here again.

Overall property was ok for price, etc, but we found flies in both of our beds (double queen format room) a day into our stay; while they did give us a room change, it was disconcerting (and the only added accommodation they offered were a few drink vouchers).
We spotted excellent employees with exceptional service: Mohamadou and one that we have been seeing for years Majid at bell service. Simply great people.
