Hotel is clean and big. Make sure you eat, otherwise after 10pm it's impossible to find anything open at the hotel.

we needed beds for three people. hotel has that availability

the Superior rooms were a decent size for a family of 4. Loved the location. Short walk from Paddington station where you can catch the Heathrow Express from th airport. Plus 3 subway lines right by the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby and you can walk to Hyde Park.

Our room was clean but dated. Most of the staff where friendly. Hotel was in a good location to tour London.

In a sixth floor room above a 3rd floor ballroom with jet-engine quality speakers at an event, I had zero sleep until early hours of the morning. Staff were powerless to do anything, and unwilling offer anything to compensate for their poor policies. I was ripped off on an expensive room with no sleep!!!

I participated a seminar there. I had an enjoyable weekend. Hotel service was really great...literally didn't need to leave the hotel to have everything I needed for a business trip. Everything was super clean, wifi was fast and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The carpet was old, paint was peeling from the ceiling, overall feel was old. Service could have been better - for example, I had my "do not disturb" sign on the door and someone from staff walked into my room anyway, and I was in the shower! That was a bit scary.

The lobby area was very modern but the rooms were outdated and small. I had to lift my suitcase over the bed to get around the tv stand. The sportsbar lounge was nice and breakfast was good. The restaurant on 23rd floor was weird and it felt like they had no idea what the vibe was supposed to be. Fancy china with laminated menus, etc. Good for the price but rooms are a letdown once you see the lobby and expect modern.

This is a big hotel (3 towers) that could have been impersonal. However, all the staff, from check-in to front desk assistance to servers in the restaurant were extraordinarily nice and helpful. They are the main reason I would recommend it. The other is its location close to an Underground station (otherwise it is a ways from the main tourist areas). We were in the west tower, which seemed aged. One nice thing was the presence of outlets for British, European, and US style plugs! Our main issue with the room was the mattresses. Their springs were noisy . . . earplugs allowed sleep. Our main issue with the entire hotel was the lack of free internet service. In this day, that is inexcusable. It would be like charging extra for lights, or towels. If that's not an issue for you, it would be a good hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area of London. Good access to the underground and many attractions. Staff are very helpful. Will stay here next time.

We were only at the hotel for a couple days. The stay was nothing to rave about and the extremely small shower was very disheartening.

I frequently stay in this hotel. I think the west and central towers rooms price should not exceed £100

Nice hotel, well located, near the underground station

Great central london Hotel near the Tube. Classy, beautiful and accommodating to families. We were provided with a great large room to fit our family of 5. Wish we had more than 1 night to utilize their amenities.

Rate was great but the Hotel is partially under construction. It did not bother me.

everything was what i had expected and more. Will definitely come back.

The room was clean and I felt very safe. The hotel was under construction and London was under snow so I got a lower rate for the hotel stay. I was satisfied at the deal I got. Other guests complained a lot about the noise. Perhaps I got a better room rate than them. :-) I was very cold. After several days a maintenance person told me that the maids turn down the heat every day when they clean the room. The method I was using to raise the thermostat was not working. He showed me how to change the temperature. That detracted from my enjoyment of my stay. I don't like to be cold. . The first morning I was told that my breakfast was not included in my room rate. I paid for the breakfast, but went elsewhere for breakfast the next several days. The last 2 days of my stay I just happened to go to the hotel dining room. The meal was included on those days. I wonder how many days it was included and I didn't know. I think that type of thing should be communicated to the guest. If I paid for it, I want to receive it. The concierge was very helpful. I used public transportation during my stay and he could tell me which station was near the place I wanted to go. For example, museums and "the palace and the wheel". Overall I liked the hotel and the staff. I felt safe and clean during my stay.

This hotel is an excellent value for a city like London. Often it is possible to get a room for $200-$250 per night which is outstanding for a 4-5 star hotel. Very friendly staff, very nice rooms and beds. Pool, sauna, steam room. High speed internet should be included in the room rate, therefor I took off one star. Location is kinda sketchy but not really bad. Walking distance to hyde park, marble arch station.

We walked in to a beautiful view on the 23rd floor of the west wing, but it was pretty much downhill from there. The showers barely trickled out water. In the morning, there was no hot water for one of us. We were disappointed to find that there was no free internet access. Our last night, I was in the shower to hear some incessant screeching. It turned out it was a fire alarm. I pulled on some clothing still wet, pulled on some shoes, grabbed a towel for my hair, then we started down the 23 story climb into the drizzly evening. We eventually got to relax in the lobby while we waited for the all-clear signal. Suffice it to say, we were exhausted for our flight out the next morning.
