Arrived early and if i checked in before 2pm, i would have to pay 200 pounds. Thereore i waited 4.5 hours in lobby after a 6+ flight to be able to check in at 2:45 pm. I have never ever had to pay to check in early into any hotel in the world. The hotel person was pleasant about the policy. It is not a welcoming policy for the guest staying at the hotel. Furthermore, rhete wasnt a robe as described in the hotel amenities. Also, there was free water in room. I had accumulated a couple of bottles and the maintenence person removed a couple of waters from my refrigerator. They were supposed to have been an amenity given to me every day. The room was tended to very late

I was in London for work and loved my stay at the hotel. Check-in was incredible and my room was ready early at 11am which was very much appreciated as it really helped me settle before heading to a meeting. The room was lovely, just a shame about the view of a wall, however it was very quiet which is what I asked for. My only notes for improvement would be a slightly firmer pillow (just my own personal preference). Lastly, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were too soft for my liking, I prefer them more well done and breakfast could have been warmer. By the time I got back to my table, most items were cool. I loved my stay though... the service, early readiness of the room and perfect location made for a wonderful stay. Thank you very much and I will most definitely be back.
