Convenient location, near 2 tube stations. Staff is friendly. Rooms are small and clean. This area used to be royal staff apartments which explains the room size. This wasn't an issue for me. No microwave but they have a tea service and will bring in a small fridge in request. Breakfast not included but good choices. Great stay!

The property location was excellent. Close to Underground access, walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.
The rooms and bathrooms are small. Not very modern. Not convenient to most of London but is close to Kensington garden. No AC. Breakfast is limited.
We loved our 3 night stay at the Phoenix hotel. It is at a convenient and great location near Hyde Park and many restaurants/pubs/stores in the neighborhood. It is also located near the Bayswater and Queensway underground stations which we used the entire weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the weekend and we also kept our luggage in the luggage room since our flight was later in the evening. The rooms were clean and functional for what we needed and I would highly recommend!
