Hotel rooms are very small but that’s normal in UK , mattress was very firm it caused aches and pains , hotel staff was not friendly at all , I asked front desk manager for information on the nearest COVID testing site and he brushed me off angrily and didn’t help , staff has a smug attitude and made us feel like we didn’t belong . Not a great experience

The room was much smaller than I expected. I think the post needs to be more clear. Overall great staff and hotel. I would definitely stay there again or reccomend a friend.

Great location, didn't like that water was only provide for 1st day of stay

A great place to stay. The people who work there are who make it such a great experience! They recognize repeat customers which makes you feel good and taken care of.

Very small room even by London standard and bed was not comfortable

when we checked in, we were told there was a problem with our room because of an old boiler needing repair (aka they were over booked) , so we were turned away and sent to a sister hotel in the area. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. It added an extra 3 hours to the settling process, along with frustration and disappointment, when I had precious time to spend with my son on a short visit in London.

I have stayed in this hotel for an average of 2-3 visits a year for the past three yrs. each visits is around 3 to 5 days. I know their amenities and standards Latest stay. During check in, the staff and manager was very helpful and courteous. But the room was missing many things, luggage rack, slippers, shaver set. Had to call the reception and they finally brought it to the room. At check out, I asked if possible to get a small box of chocolate which they always provided, but the girl at the front desk “new” pretended that there are no such thing. When I describe to her the description of the chocolate small box with four pieces inside and I get them every time I stay. She then mention that this are only for club room or higher and I should have requested it upon check in and they don’t give it upon check out. Now that is some nonsense!!!!! I check out on Jan 21,2018 around 0915am. Thank you

Good hotel, it is clean, but rather small. The lobby is amazing, victorian design! Good for a night or two

I stayed in a few hotels on the same street the week that visited based on pricing and this was by far the best! Highly recommended. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

This hotel is very close to Hyde Park, restaurants and have close metro system. However, if you are traveling with large suitcases there are no ramps. Nice service and cleanness.
