An amazing opportunity to stay in a stunning, professionally managed flat that features a tranquil, private courtyard and is only 6 minutes away from Victoria Station. Perfect place for families looking for a spacious and quiet home in central London. It’s also walking distance to all the major tourist sites of London - within 1 mile of Big Ben, the London eye, Buckingham palace, Westminster Abbey and many more!

The space

Situated in one of the most popular, sought-after neighbourhoods in London, my spacious and luxurious home is the perfect accommodation for your visit. The gorgeous living room boasts plenty of natural light, wooden flooring and unique artwork and trinkets. I love unwinding with a glass of wine here and I'm sure you will to!

The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed so you'll have a perfect night's sleep. There's also a bathtub just opposite the bed so you can enjoy a cosy hot bath after a long day of experiencing the sights and sounds of London! We will provide the fluffy towels and body wash. The second bedroom boasts a king size bed that can accommodate 2 people plus a single bed that can accommodate a third as the room is a large room.

My favourite part of the flat is the private outdoor courtyard. It's a tranquil haven that offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of London. A book and a cup of warm tea is all you need.

My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay and features a tablet that has all the instructions for the flat and recommendations for the area! I can also assist in booking discount Theatre & London attractions tickets and more - just ask!

We stayed in London for three nights this week and had a very enjoyable experience at this Vrbo apartment in Pimlico. Carlos, our host, was helpful and responsive, making the stay smooth and easy.The location was excellent—well connected and convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of nearby restaurants and transport options. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Location. Location. Location. Within 10 minutes walking distance to Victoria Train Station which takes you almost anywhere in the city or connects to a train that will. The 24 bus is also within 1 block! Also, if you love walking, we were able to go to many destinations from home on foot - a bonus for certain. This is a spacious, well-equipped home with beautiful bathrooms, large bedrooms, and perks like just about any channel you want on TV (though we were mostly out and about so rarely took advantage of this). The builiding is in quiet location with several small stores, pubs, and eating places nearby or on the way to Victoria Station. We'd highly recommend to 1 or 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5...given how beds are allocated. One suggestion -- don't forget to factor in 6 hour time change. We wound up paying an extra night because we thought arrival was early in am when it actually wasn't until 2:00 pm, so closer to check in time for apartment.

Great location

The apartment was very spacious in a fantastic quiet location. There may however be a problem for anyone with mobility issues, because the stairs to get to the front door below street level are very steep and narrow. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We really loved the neighborhood this flat was in. Easy access to Victoria station, easy walk to a grocery store and lots of great local restaurants. The flat it self was comfortable and nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

Spacious private haven in fab location

We loved making this apartment our home for nearly a week. It was tranquil, well appointed, with loads of space to spread out and relax. The location was a dream, with the local shops as well as a main tube station so nearby. The interior courtyard was a real highlight at the end of a long day out. We had very easy and prompt communication with Carlos. Would be thrilled if we could one day return.

Lovely London Flat

The flat was very clean, large, and in a wonderful location. There were lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance as well as an easy walk to Victoria station for train and tube transportation. Unfortunately, we had intermittent problems with the water heater. Carlos was very responsive about the issue, however we were too busy to have anyone come in to service the unit while we were there.

Excellent and spacious garden flat in Pimlico

Our family of four (including 13 and 9 year old children) had a wonderful time here. The flat was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed; the living area was comfortable, as were the beds. Having two full bathrooms was very nice, especially with children. We just had to remind our children to be efficient in the shower, since the hot water seemed to go quickly. Knowing that now, we’d better prepare them the next time and therefore this would not impact our decision to stay again. Aside from the flat itself, the real star was the location: a lovely quiet street right off Belgrave Road just a short walk to easy transit access at Victoria Station. The area is simply charming with its Regency architecture and beautiful squares. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Great VRBO in a great location

Carlos provided a great flat for the 4 of us to stay. It has everything you might need from a cozy living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, an outdoor patio area as well. Great London Apartment!

Great stay in central London!

We stayed for a week over spring break and couldn't have been more pleased with the property. The location was very convenient to all the places we needed/wanted to go - whether that was catching a train from Victoria Station (5 minute walk) or catching a cab at the end of the block. With London being such a walkable city, this location was a great starting point for so many of our adventures which took us all over the city. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Carlos helped to arrange door-to-door transportation from the airport, and then met us at the door on check-in and shared the details of the apartment, and instructions on how everything worked. Beds were very comfortable, showers were modern and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the sitting room was comfortable after a long day out and about. Although the patio was appealing (and covered), the weather kept us more indoors. I couldn't recommend this property any more highly.

Excellent Location, spacious flat.

What a great location and spacious flat. My family and I very much enjoyed the accessibility, you can easily walk to the underground or national rail at Victoria Station, you can also easily walk to iconic sites such as Westminster or Harrods! All in all this was a very good stay!

Significantly exceeded expectations

We were very impressed with the property. We stayed in Flat 1 and out of all the properties we have stayed at in London over the years (and we have stayed in many) this one is by far the most modern (in terms of bathrooms, kitchen, heating and overall appearance). Also very clean, great location and check in / out process a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible area

We loved the neighborhood and the property was nice. Though it doesn’t feel like a basement, it is down a flight of exterior steps. I didn’t see that in the description, but fortunately it wasn’t an issue. Carlos was waiting for us upon arrival and even sent a message later to graciously offer a slightly later checkout to accommodate our train, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. Great beds, fluffy towels. Comfortable space. We never found the patio lights or completely figured out the washer/dryer, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to ask about. Great stay. So many wonderful restaurants and walking distance to so much. Really made London easy to enjoy.
