Perfect place to stay for our 12 day visit to London!

Located very close to a number of London attractions as well as restaurants and pubs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience with this hotel. It was perfectly placed in Westminster near the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and other sites, which were all within walking distance. We were also a block away from Hop on and Off tours as well as the city buses. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Staff was friendly and the room was nice. My only issues were that the fire alarm went off not as a test or actual fire so several people from my floor went down unnecessarily at around 5am. Management did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience which caused us to sleep in much of our last day in London.

Their "king" size beds that are advertised, are actually a U.S. "full" size bed.

Nice hotel, great location since its walking distance from Parliament, Big Ben and Waterloo Station. I thought it was a bit too pricey for the room size and just for the view. Plus there was construction and painting in the hall...not really a great experience if youre staying there at the time. But if past that, it was nice and comfortable. Very nice indoor and sushi restaurant. Very friendly and informative staff and the room though clean i thought was a bit too trendy and dark. Too many dark colors. I would give 3.9/5 rating. Great first international trip with kids. Perfect location

Walked to many sights, Imperial War Museum, The Abbey, Parliament, The Eye, Churchill War Rooms, Trafalgar Square and many good restaurants! Perfect hotel with great bar and lounge. Exceptional breakfast buffet! Staff is remarkable! Would stay again and would recommend to all!

perfect location, internet very fast and beautiful hotel

Would be a perfect 5, except that the concierge was less than useful. His feedback actually cost me money in his efforts to sell partner services for a tour. For this trip, I brought my grandmother and two aunts (87yo, 70, & 67). I had knowledge of the Original Tour and knew that it has lots of buses running, limited wait and multiple routes available for a view of the city. The concierge (M), after a splendid attempt at condescension, deigned to give me the feedback that I could do the Big Bus tour because they're the same. I noted my concerns, he assured me that we would be fine. After my grandmother stood for 20 minutes in the chill and watched 3 of the OT buses pass by, I broke down and purchased a second set of tickets on site bc the next BB wasn't expected for yet another 10 - 15 minutes. $220 pounds in less than 30 minutes. Half of it a total waste.

Everything was great until we were asked to evacuate the building on a cold morning because of the fire alarm activation. The website also did not mention anything about self parking and the only parking available was through a valet service.

Overall the hotel was wonderful. There we miscellaneous and minor issues with our room but it didn't deter us from having a great time. Hotel is beautiful, staff very professional and very Kind as well as helpful...would stay there again...

Location is very nice and the staff was helpful. However, I wasn't pleased with the room and amenities.

Comfortable bed, large room and bathroom (especially for London). Great location, right at the Eye and across the bridge from Big Ben and Westminster.

Great Location near Waterloo Station & the Underground. Also right next to some great London Attractions, i.e.: the London Eye on the Thames river where you can catch the boat cruise up the river to Greenwich. Plus it's across the river from Big Ben, the Parliament building and Westminster Abbey. You can also catch the hop on-hop off bus right there and some great places to eat. Locale, Italian Restaurant & Pret a manager. Local Taxi's are lined up right outside the hotel for easy access too. There is a bakery on the ground level for a quick bite and morning coffee too. All in all, many many conveniences to this hotel! Yes! Highly recommend.

Very close to Waterloo station, London Eye, Aquarium, Big Ben, Parlament, Westminster Abby, and London Dungeon. Also an easy walk across the bridge to Embankement station, and many playhouses. Spend a little more and get a great view of Big Ben and Parlament!

Great location. Very clean, fantastic restaurant and lounge. Only knock is on daily housekeeping---they did not change towels daily, not sure why. Perhaps we had to request it.

We stayed this hotel for 5 nights. Staff there were generally friendly and courteous. Room service was very good.

Convenient location to London Eye and Big Ben. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very British and I didn't like it at all.

We stayed an additional 3days after a scheduled 12 day tour in the UK. This hotel was on the tour list so we just extended our stay. It was easy to do, no hassle, plus we were able to stay in the same room that was associated with our tour group. No packing up and having to move rooms, perfect! We took advantage of the services provided by the hotel such as the Concierge and the Business Center to purchase tickets around town and to print our boarding pass back home. The hotel is very neat, clean and the staff are very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel was great and very close to many attractions. You could see Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye from the front of the hotel. We walked everywhere from the multiple close train/tube stations to Buckingham Palace. We dropped off our bags early since we arrived well before check-in. This was handled very efficiently and quickly since we were catching a train to go see Stonehenge. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights since we were exhausted from all the site seeing. We would definitely stay here again.
