From Check in to check out my son and I were treated impeccably. Farnoosh was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us. This was some of the very best hospitality shown to me and my son. The views of Big Ben & Houses of Parliament were a sight to behold. Farnoosh….. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Park Plaza Westminster are better off with you.
