Beautiful hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite which had a beautiful view of the London Eye. Spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was about the staff - we had an incident where a couple hundred dollars went missing. In this situation, I left some cash in a corner of one of the bedrooms. I am at fault for not putting all cash in the safe. Either way, I would have never expected the staff to steal. At other hotels, I've had to leave notes with cash left for cleaning staff because they don't take cash randomly left out. Due to discovering the issue in the middle of the night while packing, we didn't report the theft until the next morning. The first thing the staff did was question us as to why we didn't report the theft right away. Well, we didn't report it because we were exhausted from sight seeing and from dealing with hotel staff while trying to have our keys reactivated for a third time (their keys randomly deactivate which the staff blamed on our keys being next to cellphones - not the case - ironically, as we were told this, another couple complained of the same issue). Nevertheless, after getting scolded for not reporting the theft sooner, the security team investigated the matter. Of course the money wasn't found ... as expected. I only hope there is a note in the cleaning staff's file in the event this happens to anyone else in the future. Stay for the view but hide your valuables :)

Perfect location, right in front of Big Ben and near to London Eye. More than 10 main attractions are at walking distance. Very well connected to London Transport systems. Nice Buffet breakfast to begin your day. Excellent for family vacation in heart of the city.

Worst hote ever bathroom was not functioning toilet was on all night couldn't sleep. Save your money

Housekeeping had to ask to replace items Like coffee and wash cloths Every thing else was fine

Upon check-in we were told we would have a two hour wait for our room since it was being cleaned. After walking around London for near three hours we returned to the hotel and the room was still not ready. Upon entry to the room it smelled of urine, there was dust on the furniture and the carpet stained. Housekeeping came back to clean the carpet while we were out and when we came back to the to the room the overwhelming smell of lemon cleaner caused my friend to begin having an asthma attack. Not a good experience at all. For over 1300.00 for two nights I expected much better. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel staff looks unhappy, angry all the time, they never smile. One of the staff was harassing me and was followed me because I couldn't show my room card keys, I complaint to the personal to the hotel and they was agree with that man and said was for security reasons. I let them know that anyone can carry a card key and enter to the hotel during any time and they wont know if they are terrorist, delinquent or prostitute like they make me feel (dressing with tennis shoes, long jeans, tshirt and not make cover at all). If any one have a better experience with that hotel, I personally congratulated them because I didn't. So horrible and embarrassing moment.

Very nice hotel, location was amazing the staff was very helpful, breakfast was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Great location. You can walk to big ben and london eye. Some details of cleaning and shower but in general was ok

The rates were very high, maybe not by London standards but certainly by mine. Still, the location was perfect. Walking distance to most of the main attractions.

Perfect place to stay for our 12 day visit to London!

Located very close to a number of London attractions as well as restaurants and pubs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience with this hotel. It was perfectly placed in Westminster near the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and other sites, which were all within walking distance. We were also a block away from Hop on and Off tours as well as the city buses. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Staff was friendly and the room was nice. My only issues were that the fire alarm went off not as a test or actual fire so several people from my floor went down unnecessarily at around 5am. Management did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience which caused us to sleep in much of our last day in London.

Their "king" size beds that are advertised, are actually a U.S. "full" size bed.

Nice hotel, great location since its walking distance from Parliament, Big Ben and Waterloo Station. I thought it was a bit too pricey for the room size and just for the view. Plus there was construction and painting in the hall...not really a great experience if youre staying there at the time. But if past that, it was nice and comfortable. Very nice indoor and sushi restaurant. Very friendly and informative staff and the room though clean i thought was a bit too trendy and dark. Too many dark colors. I would give 3.9/5 rating. (The room colors)

Great first international trip with kids. Perfect location

Walked to many sights, Imperial War Museum, The Abbey, Parliament, The Eye, Churchill War Rooms, Trafalgar Square and many good restaurants! Perfect hotel with great bar and lounge. Exceptional breakfast buffet! Staff is remarkable! Would stay again and would recommend to all!

perfect location, internet very fast and beautiful hotel

Would be a perfect 5, except that the concierge was less than useful. His feedback actually cost me money in his efforts to sell partner services for a tour. For this trip, I brought my grandmother and two aunts (87yo, 70, & 67). I had knowledge of the Original Tour and knew that it has lots of buses running, limited wait and multiple routes available for a view of the city. The concierge (M), after a splendid attempt at condescension, deigned to give me the feedback that I could do the Big Bus tour because they're the same. I noted my concerns, he assured me that we would be fine. After my grandmother stood for 20 minutes in the chill and watched 3 of the OT buses pass by, I broke down and purchased a second set of tickets on site bc the next BB wasn't expected for yet another 10 - 15 minutes. $220 pounds in less than 30 minutes. Half of it a total waste.

Everything was great until we were asked to evacuate the building on a cold morning because of the fire alarm activation. The website also did not mention anything about self parking and the only parking available was through a valet service.

Overall the hotel was wonderful. There we miscellaneous and minor issues with our room but it didn't deter us from having a great time. Hotel is beautiful, staff very professional and very Kind as well as helpful...would stay there again...
