I was unhappy with this hotel and will not stay here again. I booked a one week stay in London. There was not one drawer, not one shelf, absolutely nowhere to put my things if I wanted to unpack my bags. There was a short rack with hangers, for hanging clothes.But every other type of clothes had to stay in my suitcase. Which means for one week, I was living out of my suitcase, which was very Uncomfortable and messy. My clothes could not come out of the suitcase for a week. I was frustrated every minute of the day when I was in my room to have nowhere to put my belongings. They try to advertise themselves as being “echo friendly“. It was very austere, with nothing that one needed in their hotel room. They are using echo friendly in order to save money and be cheap. Yet, their rates were not inexpensive. There was not a welcoming bottle of free water in the room, there were none of the nice little extras one hopes to receive when paying almost $200 a night for a room. Very disappointed.

Pleasant stay, clean and comfortable. Cocktails weren’t on offer ?A little noisy but not from the hotel staff some inconsiderate travellers. Have stayed many times and will return next year

The room cleanliness was spotless, very happy with this. Location is great, you’re a short walk away from two different tube stops and Earls Court. The standard double room is relatively small though by London standards it’s not too bad, at least for a solo traveler. If it’s 2 people staying, you may want to book a bigger room.

Our stay at ibis London Earls Court was incredible. Kristian and other staff members were especially helpful and assisted us in checking in early, which was much needed after a long night of travel. The room was comfortable and clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job of taking care of the space every day. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to London, and will stay here again when I return! There is a tube stop just a few minutes walk away, and a bus stop right out front.
