Arrived very early. The staff went out their way to get me into a room. Housekeeping cleaned my room upon my request. Bar staff are always super...Love this Hotel.

This modern hotel is run by professional team. The good service and attitude was felt ftom the moment of arrival. The hotel offers good facilities, including nice bar and restaursnt. Located in a very lively nighbourhood, with many pubs coffeeshops restaursnts and shopping. The young audience in the nearby streets create goob vibe. We will definitely return.

Stay here frequently for business travel, staff never disappoints. Location is perfect for my needs and great for any sort of traveler.

I stay here regularly when I come to London. Nice hotel, free wifi, great service, and one of the best gyms in London is in the hotel (Third Space). Great for business travel where you want to get in a great work out and work off some of those expense account dinners. Really comfortable stay.

This place is located in a great little neighborhood with a lot of cool restaurants and shops within walking distance, and also very close to Bond Street Tube. The Hotel is very clean. The only problem I had was someone woke me up by knocking my door the day I checked in, even though I had Do Not Disturb on. Other than that absolute great experience

Lovely and central quiet neighborhood and well equipped comfortable room, really quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful and except for a weird snafu of coming back at 5:30 after a day of meetings only to meet the maid just starting to clean the room, everything was really well done.

The hotel was great. Very modern, decent size for London, great service. But one of the best things was the gym. They have a great, full-service fitness club in the building available for guests. For a business traveler, this was fantastic. Would highly recommend the Marylebone.

Loved this hotel...from the great location to the free access to a real fitness facility. Rooms were perfect and free water every day was a nice touch at the end of a long day (plus the Nespresso pods to start the day).

Within easy walking distance of Oxford Circus and great shopping. The spa at the hotel was wonderful. I also had a solid wi-fi connection. Both the breakfast and High Tea at the hotel are superb.

We spent two nights at the Marylebone Hotel London. Though we arrived 45 minutes after check-in time, the room was not ready. A couple of other parties seemed to be having the same problem. The desk clerk offered us a free drink in the lobby bar while we waited -- a nice touch -- but it was more than 20 minutes before someone came to take our order, The room itself was nicely appointed but so small that I had to double-check and make sure they had given us the correct room category: I had booked a Superior room which has more space than a Standard room. All I can say is that I'm glad we didn't get the smallest room -- it was difficult to maneuver around as it was! Not much space for quite a high price. We also had a lot of trouble with keys not working. We felt like we were paying in part for the huge lobby and adjoining health club, which was quite impressive though we didn't have time to use it. On the plus side, the location on a quiet street in the convenient Marylebone neighborhood was perfect for us. And the staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. A special nod to the concierge, who booked us a dinner reservation at a popular nearby bistro. When we were seated at the table, the server informed us that the concierge was buying us a glass of champagne. Much appreciated!

Truly a hidden gem in a chaotic city! Just off Oxford and with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Clean, quiet, friendly and easy to find. No complaints!

This hotel is very central to everything. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are small but clean. We would stay here again.

Cooperative friendly willing to help in all needs. Quite, elegant hotel with kind of home atmosphere.

Great location with wonderful neighborhood to shop, dine & enjoy a pint at a historic pub. Excellent food on site & fantastic tea. Location is excellent for tube station access, walking to parks, eating or shopping. Very safe and nice area to stay in London. Highly recommend The Marylebone hotel!

Always a treat. Great location,Alex in the 108 Bar is excellent!

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms, although not very large, are clean. The staff was extremely courteous and very attentive. We asked to be moved to another room because we were too close to the elevator and they quickly took care of it, hassle-free. Also, the hotel has a great restaurant and bar, as well as a well-known tea-time room...which we enjoyed tremendously. The hotel is located in a great area, within walking distance of lots of neighborhood restaurants and stores. We would definitely go back there!

We have stayed 4 times, and will return. Rooms are clean & comfortable. We love the location - so many restaurants, shops on Marylebone High Street (1/2 block from hotel). Delicious juices at The Juicery in hotel restaurant. Walk to Regents Park or Hyde Park. Nearest tube stop - Baker Street is approx 7 min walk. Hotel has a nice gym. Quiet, clean, and comfortable - we recommend it!

Extremely friendly staff. Outstanding concierge/staff. Every staff member we encountered in the hotel was extremely helpful. Would return to the hotel just on service alone. Location was excellent, shopping, restaurants, tube station very close, all within an easy walk.

I am delighted to report my first trip to London exceeded all my expectations! My hotel was beautiful, clean, very modern and in a great location. Customer service was excellent! Great attention to details. The bathroom was small but elegant. From the granite counter to the giant "rain shower head" and extra shelving above and below the counter helped make up for the space. Absolutely loved the iPhone charger/speakers in my room. Also, the night lights attached to the headboard were cool and useful. This room was perfect for all our needs. We plan to visit next year and book this hotel again!

Great hotel, located in a beautiful silent street. around 7 min. walk to Bond station / Oxford St. amazing room, very clean, flat screen tv, espresso machine, safe, docking station for Iphone, well furnished. beautiful bath/toilet with heated floor. the hotel has free wi-fi and a business area with computers, free internet and printers. 1 min. walk from the hotel you can find pubs, restaurants, amazing Patisserie (Paul), and Tesco. will come back again for sure and will recommend to others.
