The location ot the hotel was very good. I was able to walk to many of the main attractions in the center of London. You do need to have a good pair of walking shoes and found the bus to be a sufficent means of transportation. The hotel room was nice, we had a superior room on the 8th fl. facing the Thames/ferris wheel. There was a bar or two below and the chatter could be heard with the window opened in the evening. I managed to catch an excellent deal on the room and highly recommend thie hotel.

We stayed Thuraday- Monday, in two rooms, one queen superior, the other had twin beds. Very comfy beds and comforters, great showers and all that. Breakfast was plentiful. We took the tune everywhere and loved the location of the Cavendish. Staff, especially the concierge, was outstanding.

They wanted to charge us 40# more each night for shower. Building next door was being demolished so very noisy. We had stayed there at least 5 times before but will not go there again.

Location of hotel was great and staff was helpful re sightseeing, etc....however, there is construction across from the hotel, also, sometimes keys don't work, and I didn't get my 0530 wake up call.....Aside from these inconveniences my overall experience was good.....

For the price the room seemed very small. Also, there was a lot of construction noise from across the street. The staff was very accommodating.

Located in the most convenient location, a short walk from the Picadilly Tube station, directly across the street from Fortum and Mason department store. Delightfully understated elegance at an affordable price. A wonderful staff made our stay memorable.

Hotel was great. Loved the room. The hotel is close to everything. Highly recommend staying here.

Didn't spend much time there except to sleep. Didn't use the common areas at all, or room service. Super convenient to Piccadilly, Mayfair. Very comfortable bed. My room was on the 7th floor and I think the higher the floor the better for light and quiet. Would ask for a floor 5 and higher. Was able to sleep in with out being disturbed but room was made up in a very timely fashion. Excellent. No complaints.

Room is a bit small but full of comforts. Beautiful bathroom and love the smell of the shampoo. Staff super friendly and helpful.

While the room felt small to an American, the price and location were good for London. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast included with our room package was amazing.

I have stayed at the Cavendish two times now and will stay there again. Great hotel and great location, the staff couldn't be nicer. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The room was beautifully kept and the staff was exceptional

Very compact room....just 8 feet wide. Adequate electrical outlets. Very clean. Super location.

As Americans, we like our morning coffee - not good there. 22.50 BP for breakfast whether you eat or just have coffee. Coffee maker in room had only instant coffee & creamer. Nice coffee shop down the street. Most of the staff was lovely. Location was ok, but walked several blocks through much construction to tube to get anywhere. Neighborhood pubs & restaurants were good. Lounge was nice, but also quite expensive. Rooms on 12th floor were very quiet.

This was our first trip to London and were markedly delayed due to the airline. Staff at The Cavendish were very understanding and helpful. The location is just 2 blocks from Picadilly Circus which is where restaurants and access to public transportation are located. Also only a 10 minute easy walk to Buckingham Palace.

This hotel was amazing! Perfect location, perfect service. Highly recommend. The room was quite small in area but we didn't spend much time in there anyway.

room was a tad small but definitely workable and clean.... I would most definitely book this hotel a again. Location, Location, Location....

Very stylish hotel, located in the city center. All major attractions are in a short walking distance from the hotel. The staff is polite and helpful.

The staff was very nice. There is so much within walking distance that I did not use the restaurant or bar but they looked great. The room was small but updated, clean and quiet. I'd recommend this hotel to a friend but use a package to get the price down a bit.
