I have stayed here twice, once in a standard and once in a single. I'd stay here again. It's small, but clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is simple. It's on a quiet street and close to a major tube stop.

The staff were extremely helpful and the service was superb. This was our first time and they helped with directions and tour info. The room was a bit small but cozy. Near train station and can get to Lhr with the train. We would recommend this place.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Vanessa at the front desk made sure to answer all of my questions and beyond.

The hotel is the older boutique style; but the bathroom was completely updated.. Very charming and comfortable.. The breakfast was very good and staff was attentive.. Highly recommend..

In Kensington the Lodge is close to a bus stop which gets you to the Tube. The staff is more than kind and competent. I had dinner cooked when I was only guest!

Quiet, charming hotel with very good expanded continental breakfast. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. If traveling from the US, you will need a 3 prong electric converter for your charger. No outlets in the bathroom. Convenient to Tube and busses.

Stayed here last week (6 to 12 Dec 2015). Had a wonderful stay. The staff (incl Damaris and Erika) were super friendly and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile for me at various times (offering to bring me food when I couldn't locate restaurant staff, offering me various options to get around the city, etc.) My single room was compact, but well lit and clean. My twin bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is convenient to Earls Court tube station, which makes it easy to travel around London. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, nice exterior and presents well. Small beds, expensive WiFi and poor heat control in the rooms. The staff was friendly however, there is NO security at night with a young woman only at the desk, there was noise all night long with teenagers slamming doors and running up and down the stairs. If I had known this I would have selected another hotel in the area. I sneezed in my room and my son who had a room on the above floor call on the phone and said, "God Bless you!"

A quick walk from the Earls Court tube stop. Lots of Cafes and 2 markets between the hotel and the tube. Quiet quaint street Nice continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Let us store luggage after checkout and tagged it and stored it safely Would definitely return.

Good location, easy accesses to transportation and dinning. Very friendly personal.
