I had booked the room in november and for the first 5 minutes couldnt find my booking which is not good for someone who was in a little bit of a rush and isnt good at booking online to places. Apart from that a good stay with no issues, except maybe an extra pillow would have been a good option

Excellent one night stay, friendly helpful staff, 8 minute walk from train station, any one going to the Shepherds bush 02 empire concert venue 8 minute walk to venue from hotel, great location, would definitely book again.

Don’t be fooled by the snazzy lobby images

Was given an accessible room. The bathroom was horrid, very mouldy with no ventilation and in terrible condition. It was essentially a wet room but done very poorly, so using the shower you had to wait to step into the bathroom again as the whole thing floods. Bedroom was very basic standard Ibis fare, which is normally fine, but in this case it was just not clean, dust and hair all over the floors. The sheets were clean at least.
