We were welcomed at the hotel with drinks and it was lovely. Everything was explained , they booked a taxi for us on the day after for our travel towards Europe. Food was very nice at the restaurant too. Vibrant place, new , spotless , large beds

I booked a room via Expedia. The gentleman in reception "checked me in", placed tags on luggage. I left to exchange money. Upon my return, I was rudely notifiedthe hotel was over-booked and I no longer had a room. Because it was Valentines day weekend, most properties were sold-out. I spent 2 hours outside in the cold searching for a room. I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with other travelers. Best wishes...
