The hotel staff was pleasant and the room was clean although small. The issue was that the hotel is not new but had issues that would make you think they just opened - the card reader wasn't working, the process to check in took far too long, you can't add anything to your room (drinks, etc.) - you have to pay for them each time, there are no washcloths or towels other than body towels, the elevator didn't work for 3 days of our trip; they advertise a Buy 1-Get 1 50% of drinks but then don't honor it because it takes too long for them to process the purchase through the tablet they use (we were told it would add an additional 10 minutes to the time it took to just purchase 2 bottled waters). Again, it's a clean hotel in a quiet area but these issues kept coming up and were just not what we assumed we would encounter for a hotel that was not brand new and for the amount we paid for the stay.
