Greetings from the other side of the pond. I would first off like to say I appreciate the efforts your team made once a very unfortunate series of events took place. However a bad first impression is hard to come back from regardless of efforts displayed. Especially when the efforts your team said they would provide after these instances don't hold true. I was told by Three separate members of your staff that I would be receiving a monetary compensation for a horrifying and traumatic ordeal. Vitor I think was the concierges name who was the first point of contact. He told me that we would be moving into a suite on Saturday. That several suites would be available and the manager Pierre would be available to speak with me later. All this was stated in front of both me and fiancé. My fiancé touched a used condom in a 5 star hotel . She was hysterical and began screaming at me like it was mine. Then she calmed down and just started crying worried about the health aspect of it. Then we moved a second time hair in the room and dead flies on the bed and bugs flying around the room. This upset her even more. Long story short she couldn't mentally get over these events and left back home. What good is a great suite if u can't enjoy it with the one you love....

Great staff and great location and on weekends STK and Radio are the place to be in London

Staff were excellent. Friendly and always smiling ANC helpful

The location was central to all of London! We're we happy that are air conditioning was not working when we checked in, of course not. I called the front desk and was assisted by the manager named Emma who apologized and went above and beyond by upgrading us to a larger room/suite and also surprising us with a bottle of Moët which I call the bubbles! The lobby is a fashionable experience with a light show in the evening (8-9:00?) and they top you off with prosecco sparkling wine while checking inn. The concierge is accommodating and caring. Now for the Radio Rooftop Bar and Restaurant located on the 10th floor was an experience of its own kind. Highly recommended going there for a drink or two and taking in all the breathtaking views! We went there on a Saturday and the place was trendy and had a live DJ. The ME Hotel will always have a place in my heart, without a doubt!

If you're about a chic, modern, fun hotel with sophistication written all over it, this is the hotel for you! I surely will make this my London Hotel from now on!

The hotel check-in process was too informal Some of our desired room preferences were not honored at check-in time. But, overall a great stay

This place is centrally located in London. Awesome roof too And restaurant STK. Extent luv enjoyed out stay. A+ service. We came as a couple - very hip and young.

Very nice and friendly staff. Great location situated closed to Covent Garden and West End Theater area.

Modern, central located and walking distance to most all city attractions. Staff was great. Coming from Miami and NY - food was pricey for the fare. I have eaten at STK in Miami and hands down better. Overall however, best in London for the Young hip crowd. Not for kids. Adults.

The ME is a first rate choice for those doing business in the city, sightseeing, and particularly for the theatre. The area abounds in ease of access to sites, restaurants, pubs, and limited shopping. The staff, particularly the concierge and doormen, were first class. The size, albeit a bit small, was perfect for our visit. The view from the roof-top lounge was perhaps one of the top in the city. Overall, expect to pay 5 star prices for all services at the hotel. The appetizers at the roof-top are a relative bargain to balance out the pricey drinks. The afternoon tea in the lobby is well worth it! Advice to travel from Heathrow is the express train to Paddington, then a cab to the hotel.

Love every minute of my stay.. Good sized room, modern furnishings and friendly staff all in a very convenient location. Highly recommended!

Great location but some weird annoying quirks such as smoked glass partition for toilet and shower adjacent to sinks/ hallway might be not enough privacy for some. Lighting is controlled by bedside panel so you have to turn on hall, bathroom before you get there. Big rooms for London. but small windows so not a lot of light. Loud music on Thursday-Sat nights so it can be a pain with all the non-guests hanging out in the lobby. Would def. go back if I got a good deal.

Located on the corner of the Strand & Aldwych, the ME is a stunning, modern take on classic luxury. The soaring atrium when one checks in; the stunning marble hallways; the chic rooms with superbly comfortable beds; the magnificent view from the rooftop lounge. All quite swanky. Only possible downside is the very very busy nightclub, which takes one elevator out of service during the evening hours.

I've stayed in many hotels in London. The main issue with most of them is the room size. With ME hotel it's not an issue at all. I tried three different rooms and all of them are spacious. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. A little bit pricey but worth it.
