Great location. Stayed here a few years back and thought it was great. Doesn’t seem to have received many upgrades in the time since. For instance, my room only had USB ports on the tv console and no where else. I didn’t bring power converters because at this point, most hotels have them built into their lamps. Also had a queen or king booking but was clearly two small twins pushed together, there was a weird and uncomfortable central seam on the mattress. With some minor changes, this place would be wonderful again. Hallway wasn’t super clean either, though the room was ok, and the lobby areas are great.

Property was clean, and in a good area. Breakfast was overpriced for what it is - Would highly recommend you check out Pret Manger next door - delicious grab and go items at a reasonable price. Hotel is in a good location and not far from Waterloo station. Main complain with the room was the air conditioning. It was mediocre and turned off automatically every 2 hours. This meant we'd have to wake and turn it back on.. Not the end of the world, but definitely not a great experience. That being said we'd likely stay here again in the future.

Rooms were on the small size, but actually larger than we expected. The problem with the rooms is that there is very limited drawer or shelf space, Could use more hooks in the bathroom for our towels. Housekeeping service was great! The A/C was not working when we arrived, but staff addressed and corrected the issue promptly. The breakfast buffet - skip it as it is overpriced! Staff was great - very friendly and engaging. Not located in a shopping district, but did have a few shops nearby for snacks and drinks. A block away were some great small restaurants.

This is an affordable option a very short walk from Big Ben, the theatre district & the tube. It was clean, quiet & the staff was lovely. A front desk clerk recognized a maple leaf chain I eas wearing & genuinely seemed excited that we are Canadian.
