Walkable distance to the tube and bus stops. Easy checkout process. Our window faced another window in a building so we kept the curtains closed and the shower could use a good deep clean as there was some buildup in the corners and around the soap holder. Otherwise room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Confortable Hotel. Across from the train/tube but still VERY quiet - Windows sound proofing is excellent. Room was confortable and price was also good for the area. Less than 10 min walk to London eye and Hop on Hop off buses / 12-15 to big ben. A Super cute alley with restaurants is a minute away. A convenient store is steps away along with The Crown & Cushion pub - with an exquisite thai food restaurant upstairs. Restaurant looks somewhat dated but the food is excellent and reasonably priced for the area. The hotel has a small gym. No phone in the room so be prepared to go the front desk if you need anything. The staff was excellent and very helpful. A bar is also in the hotel serving pizza and appetizers items.

This hotel has black mold in the bathroom shower. The water didn’t drain at all in the kitchenette sink and barely drained in the bathroom sink. We had 1 thin pillow per person, no bottles of water in the refrigerator and service that is only available every 2 days. Since we were staying for 3 nights, we ended up asking for no service as we thought this won’t fix anything. Couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. Front desk is completely indifferent.

This hotel is very close to the London Eye and just across the river from Big Ben. We walked to all the sites we wanted to see, never had to take the bus or subway. The rooms are clean, but very small and the beds were uncomfortable.

Nice location but full of mold
This hotel boasts an excellent location, which is its standout feature. However, there are some areas for improvement. The bathroom design, with its half wall for the shower, unfortunately leads to a wet floor. Additionally, the non-slip strips had mold and were coming up. The housekeeping schedule of replacing towels and mats every two days left us stepping onto wet mats after showering. The pull-out couch was in poor condition, leaning back as if it might fold itself up. While the room itself was clean, it was quite small. Lastly, the elevators were slow, and one was consistently out of service, prompting us to opt for the stairs. The staff was not the friendliest.
