The room was tiny. Not AT ALL the size shown in the photos. The first room was supposed to be a double but only one side was accessible. The nice manager changed to a slightly bigger one but it was still tiny. Very unsatisfactory. We won't be staying with this hotel chain again.

The room was snug but very neat, clean and warm, the bed was comfy but fitted sheets would have helped. The hotel is very well placed to St Pancras which is why we chose it. We didn't expect top class because we didn't pay for it, but it exceeded what I expected

Firstly I’d like to commend the staff at the hotel. They were all courteous and friendly and the rating in no way is a reflection on them. The hotel is modern and the rooms were clean but tiny. The 3 star rating reflects the following. 1. The room was cold during the night even with the heating set as high as it would go. This probably wasn’t helped by a draught coming through the window and the fact we were in the middle of the first cold spot of winter. 2. There are no hot drink making facilities in the room. You can buy tea and coffee in reception (again from helpful friendly staff) but in our opinion being able to make your own drink last thing at night and first thing in the morning is more important and useful than being able to set the room lights to whatever colour you want. But for a one night stay the hotel served its purpose.
