Centrally located and very convenient. services such as cleaning can be improved.

I really don’t know. I had a severe asthma attack and spent the entire time in bed.

Rooms were spacious clean staff were polite...great location a+++

Great location. The property is around the corner from Trafalgar Square, a block from the Thames. Many of the sites I wanted to visit were within a ten minute walk. My husband and Instayed in a one bedroom apartment with our two teenage granddaughters. It was the perfect arrangement. They shared a sofa bed that was configured like a split king, so they were very comfortable. Our bed was what I call a king bed and was also quite comfortable. There was ample closet and storage space. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea were all available in the lounge and breakfast room. The staff was very assessable and helpful, always willing to help arrange transportation. I thought the continental breakfast was a bit pricey, but it was convenient. We plan to return

Good location. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free tea/coffee 24/7.

Great location; friendly and accommodating service

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to most of central London’s sights and theaters. Buses stop right out front and the Metro is around the corner. Room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and there is a Tesco Express up the block. Many great restaurants in the area as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The visit was a birthday celebration and the staff made sure to get us a nice room with a bottle of wine waiting for us, a very nice and welcomed touch. Maid service is scheduled only once a week. However, in our situation this was a plus. Relaxation was our first priority and not needing to vacate the room for service was a welcomed relief. This hotel will be my first choice on future trips to London.

Very good location for everything in London. The staff is excellent, helpful with any problems. Shower had a little mold, but rest of room very clean

The hotel is located less than 5 min walk from Trafalgar Square, a subway station, and a supermarket and 10 min walk to most West End theatres, restaurants, and other attractions. Easy commute to Heathrow with one train change. The room has everything one needs for a stay: kitchenette with some dishes and pots, full bathroom, and robust WiFi. The room we stayed was clean, albeit a little worn out. They have breakfast in the morning for extra charge and all day complementary coffee and tea. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Wonderful location with quick tube access to all of London. Southbanke Centre was just a walk across the Thames! The staff is always helpful and free coffee and tea all day is a treat too!

The staff was very friendly. The room was good. However, paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom, the shower was very low and weak, and the sink was slow to drain. It just seems like the bathroom especially needed updating

Thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay and Citedines Trafalgar, where I have had similar stays on 3 separate occasions in the past. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff, clean and accommodating rooms, perfect location in the city, all contribute to an excellent hotel experience.

Nice place, great staff, roomy and perfect location!

I wanted my youngest daughter to experience London. This was a perfect place to stay to be able to see a lot in a short period of time. I took my oldest daughter to London two years ago. This is where we stayed.

This will definitely be my go to location for when I stay in London from now on! The location is amazing and the street is beautiful! Close to the London eye, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Located next to Charring Cross and Embankment tube for easy transportation. 2 minute walk to Trafalgar square and a large amount of restaurants/coffee shops. Literally the location of this establishment alone is the selling point. Great place, great location, friendly staff....you'll love it!

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. CLOSE TO TRAFALGAR SQUARE AND CLOSE TO ALL SIGHTS NEAR CENTRAL LONDON.

This property is one of those places that is unexpectedly perfect in every way (well, except one). After a long travel in cramped conditions it was a total joy to find this place so conveniently located. It is found in a charming part of the city just off Trafalgar Square. That means that just a few steps away you will find so many necessities; places to eat, corner 24 hr convince store, a drug store, all manner of public transportation, a great place for taxies to stop, gathering spot for a number of city tours, and a gym next-door. As others have said this place is within a pleasant walking distance to so many things in London. I was hesitant in choosing this property because I was uncertain if the apartment type amenities would mean a loud noisy family circus atmosphere (and cooking smells). In this case I would rate having the amenities OVER that of a traditional hotel. It was very very nice to have a place for a few comforts of home. The place was clean (no smells). The staff was excellent! The breakfast buffet was adequate (could use a touch of imagination) but otherwise perfectly fine. The ONE matter that prevents me from giving a perfect score was in the bathroom. Yes, a "deep soaking tub" is found in every room but the sides of the tub are high and narrow and not easily transversed. If you are elderly or have a bum knee (or both) it's just not a safe environment to find yourself. Holding onto the mounted rails and the sink for entrance is unfamiliar to me.

Had very good stay. Quite rooms.Staff very helpful & great 24 hour lobby coffee

Perfectly situated! Great location to get to many major sites within a 10 minute walk.

It's my first time in London...and the hotel is too close to all attractions..the stuff is really friendly and the room is ok for two people and it's clean.

Sorry to hear that. Could it have been the high levels of polen in London during Spring?
