I love the convenience of the hotel's location... it is within walking distance to so many attractions, including all the West End theatres. And even though it is near so much, it is in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Even though I had booked a small room, it was quite spacious. It's my second time staying at this hotel, and I hope to visit again.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. One little thing is that microwave smelled of curry so we really couldn’t use, but we discovered that we had a pot to heat our water so it was ok. Great overall.

The only thing good about this hotel is its location. Some of the staff is also hard working and making a real effort to give you a good service, but the facility is old and hardly cared for. Plus I did not that it was an apartment-hotel, so I did not have any service in the room durjng my 3-day stay at $275 per night! Welcome to Lindon. You have to pay $500/night to get a descent hotel.

Great location and clean place. Friendly staff and safe.

Very central. Great location. The people at the desk are wonderful. Very communicative and want to please you. Old hotel. Some rooms got renovation. The first room we stayed was dirty and run down. After realizing there are different better rooms(3 nights later) we asked to move and we were accommodated in a wonderful better conditioned room. In general I recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff .... perfect location

I like that it is not just a hotel room, but separate areas. I hated that this floorplan is odd. The only toilet is downstairs (winding staircase) and the shower/bedrooms are upstairs.

Was a perfect solution for us, traveling to London for a few days where we wouldn't be spending much time at the hotel. Location was excellent, stone's throw from Trafalgar Square and 10-15 minutes walk from heart of Covent Garden and Leicester Square areas. Clean, simple room. Everything worked. You will pay extra for daily housekeeping, if you want it.

Would have preferred breakfast included, with full breakfast option.

Good location. Large rooms with refrigerator, sink, stove and microwave. Didn’t like daily room cleaning was an extra charge.

Centrally located and very convenient. services such as cleaning can be improved.

I really don’t know. I had a severe asthma attack and spent the entire time in bed.

Rooms were spacious clean staff were polite...great location a+++

Great location. The property is around the corner from Trafalgar Square, a block from the Thames. Many of the sites I wanted to visit were within a ten minute walk. My husband and Instayed in a one bedroom apartment with our two teenage granddaughters. It was the perfect arrangement. They shared a sofa bed that was configured like a split king, so they were very comfortable. Our bed was what I call a king bed and was also quite comfortable. There was ample closet and storage space. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea were all available in the lounge and breakfast room. The staff was very assessable and helpful, always willing to help arrange transportation. I thought the continental breakfast was a bit pricey, but it was convenient. We plan to return

Good location. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free tea/coffee 24/7.

Great location; friendly and accommodating service

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to most of central London’s sights and theaters. Buses stop right out front and the Metro is around the corner. Room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and there is a Tesco Express up the block. Many great restaurants in the area as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The visit was a birthday celebration and the staff made sure to get us a nice room with a bottle of wine waiting for us, a very nice and welcomed touch. Maid service is scheduled only once a week. However, in our situation this was a plus. Relaxation was our first priority and not needing to vacate the room for service was a welcomed relief. This hotel will be my first choice on future trips to London.

Very good location for everything in London. The staff is excellent, helpful with any problems. Shower had a little mold, but rest of room very clean

Hi Greg, Thank you for your comments. I take note of them to improve our services. As an Aparthotel our services are different from a regular hotel. Daily cleaning can be arranged however this must be requested to the reception department and is chargeable on top of the daily room rate. This information is advertised on all our websites and in all our rooms in multiple languages.
