Very near in all the tourist spots and train stations. Very convenient to find dining places. On our first day, our air condition was not working so we asked for 2 fans and some additional pillows. The next day, we followed up our air conditioning and they sent their maintenance to fixed it. When we’re about to check out, the receptionist told me that i need to pay £30 for the breakfast for 2 in which neither one of us 4 had. The receptionist showed me the room number, day and the signature and i told her that neither one of us has that signature. So the receptionist told me that she will tell her supervisor. Suggestion- I think they need to ask for an ID or swipe the room key to confirm. Another concern, I think they need to at least pick up the trash daily without charge especially if the guests stays more than 3 days( the room service is quite pricey-£30). I felt safe with the area and hotel because you have to use your room key card to enter the lobby and use the elevator. Definitely would recommend this place.

Perfect location. Close to everything (SOHO, Covent Gardens), trains, ferries -- Buckingham Palace etc...

Loved this place. The location is perfect, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Embankment, Waterloo station not to mention the London Eye, Big Ben etc. We felt very safe, even walking at night. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are a little older than the pictures show and the tub is very high and might be a little challenging for children or older people. But we will absolutely stay here again. Having the kitchenette was a definite plus. We used the kettle numerous times a day. So happy that we picked this place as our home while in London.

If you want to visit London and stay in a fantastic place that is easily accessible to everything London has to offer, stay here!

The location was great. The staff was very easy to work with. It was great for our state.

Excellent location.

I love the location. I didn’t like the apartment that we were assigned bc it was dark and on a low floor so it was depressing. On the other hand, we did not spend a lot of time there so in the end, it was okay.

I've stayed at this location three times, and I hope to return. It's very convenient, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. i highly recommend.

I love the convenience of the hotel's location... it is within walking distance to so many attractions, including all the West End theatres. And even though it is near so much, it is in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Even though I had booked a small room, it was quite spacious. It's my second time staying at this hotel, and I hope to visit again.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. One little thing is that microwave smelled of curry so we really couldn’t use, but we discovered that we had a pot to heat our water so it was ok. Great overall.

The only thing good about this hotel is its location. Some of the staff is also hard working and making a real effort to give you a good service, but the facility is old and hardly cared for. Plus I did not that it was an apartment-hotel, so I did not have any service in the room durjng my 3-day stay at $275 per night! Welcome to Lindon. You have to pay $500/night to get a descent hotel.

Great location and clean place. Friendly staff and safe.

Very central. Great location. The people at the desk are wonderful. Very communicative and want to please you. Old hotel. Some rooms got renovation. The first room we stayed was dirty and run down. After realizing there are different better rooms(3 nights later) we asked to move and we were accommodated in a wonderful better conditioned room. In general I recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff .... perfect location

I like that it is not just a hotel room, but separate areas. I hated that this floorplan is odd. The only toilet is downstairs (winding staircase) and the shower/bedrooms are upstairs.
