I wanted my youngest daughter to experience London. This was a perfect place to stay to be able to see a lot in a short period of time. I took my oldest daughter to London two years ago. This is where we stayed.

This will definitely be my go to location for when I stay in London from now on! The location is amazing and the street is beautiful! Close to the London eye, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Located next to Charring Cross and Embankment tube for easy transportation. 2 minute walk to Trafalgar square and a large amount of restaurants/coffee shops. Literally the location of this establishment alone is the selling point. Great place, great location, friendly staff....you'll love it!

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. CLOSE TO TRAFALGAR SQUARE AND CLOSE TO ALL SIGHTS NEAR CENTRAL LONDON.

This property is one of those places that is unexpectedly perfect in every way (well, except one). After a long travel in cramped conditions it was a total joy to find this place so conveniently located. It is found in a charming part of the city just off Trafalgar Square. That means that just a few steps away you will find so many necessities; places to eat, corner 24 hr convince store, a drug store, all manner of public transportation, a great place for taxies to stop, gathering spot for a number of city tours, and a gym next-door. As others have said this place is within a pleasant walking distance to so many things in London. I was hesitant in choosing this property because I was uncertain if the apartment type amenities would mean a loud noisy family circus atmosphere (and cooking smells). In this case I would rate having the amenities OVER that of a traditional hotel. It was very very nice to have a place for a few comforts of home. The place was clean (no smells). The staff was excellent! The breakfast buffet was adequate (could use a touch of imagination) but otherwise perfectly fine. The ONE matter that prevents me from giving a perfect score was in the bathroom. Yes, a "deep soaking tub" is found in every room but the sides of the tub are high and narrow and not easily transversed. If you are elderly or have a bum knee (or both) it's just not a safe environment to find yourself. Holding onto the mounted rails and the sink for entrance is unfamiliar to me.

Had very good stay. Quite rooms.Staff very helpful & great 24 hour lobby coffee

Perfectly situated! Great location to get to many major sites within a 10 minute walk.

It's my first time in London...and the hotel is too close to all attractions..the stuff is really friendly and the room is ok for two people and it's clean.

Perfect to any part of London and so much history near it.

I had a great experience! The staff was more than helpful giving directions and tips on the neighborhood and local spots. Not to mention the location is perfect! Walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in London. I would rate my experience 5 stars hands down and will definitely be back again.

Staff was very upbeat, welcoming, accommodating and efficient. I arrived an hour before check-in, expecting to wait, but the cheery reception person found me the type of room I wanted right away. During my stay the thermostat stopped working. The front desk expressed due urgency and had a polite and pleasant handyman on the spot within a half hour to fix it. Can't ask for a better tourist location, central to everything "London" and half a block from the tube. Travelling solo, I found the double occupancy room perfectly mid-sized (not too small) and nicely, freshly decorated, w a sweet little kitchen replete w stove top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Only (very minor) complaint was cloth shower curtain was uncomfortably clingy in tight bathtub shower space (but at least the clingy curtain itself was relatively new and nice). "Local" (smaller) versions of large supermarket chains easy walking distance to buy microwaveable food etc. and save A LOT on dining. Great looking, contemporary lobby w sofas, TV, complimentary coffee and tea station and breakfast restaurant area. Had never stayed at an "apart-hotel" before and had an excellent experience at this one.

I booked this hotel as part of a flight-hotel package through Orbitz. I had no idea what to expect. My brother and I are avid theatre-goers and came to London to see shows and celebrate Christmas. This hotel couldn't have been more convenient! I liked having the kitchen in the room and will make better use of it when I return. The staff was great, polite and very knowledgable. The room, with its two twin beds, was chilly much of the time. I liked the green initiative as well.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for our family of four adults. We had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed, which was probably the best sofa bed any of us have ever experienced! We had a small kitchen which we didn't even use, but the refrigerator was very convenient. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Room was great, hotel was very accommodating! Perfect location and walkable to restaurants and tons of London site seeing adventures!

In reading reviews of this hotel, I had high expectations but was very disappointed in the room. Luckily we were only there for one night. The lobby is clean and decent, but the room was lacking. In the living room, the walls need to be repainted. The bathroom doesn't have any vent so the steam as you can imagine is ruining the ceiling and walls. The overall size is very small for three people even though it was listed as three or four.

The hotel staff were friendly. The London eye, Big Ben and Buckigham Palace are all in walking distance

On arrival we were told they didn't have a room, told us sending to another Ascot hotel. Was told they alway double book. Said hotel was 5 star and near metro, they lied. We had booked for location, sent to terrible location not near metro and maybe 2 star . Hotels air conditioning was out. Not near anything we had planned visiting. I have heel spur and hard walking distances so this location made it so hard. Sad we had bad experience when only time in London. We feel like we deserve some refund from hotel since we were sent to a bad hotel with no air and bad location . I feel that you should not book with hotel again.

Very nice staff and we loved the location Very clean

Easy check-in. Nice room, great location. No complaints here.

Hotel was centrally located near major attractions in the heart of london. No need to rent a car, major bus and trains lines in easy walking distance.

Very green and safe hotel. safety - have to use your room card to enter hotel and to use elevator. Green. have to insert room key to use lights, and when you leave room, lights automatically go off. Location was half a block from Trafalgar square, two blocks from major Strand theatres, one block from Embankment tube, and from the Thames riverfront. Staff was low key, but very helpful if asked - one hunted down tape for me to wrap a package. Would highly recommend and would stay there again myself.
