Very convenient to the King’s Cross tube station for easy access to public transportation. LOTS of tight stairs, very small room/bathroom. Came in and cleaned even with fo not disturb sign up.

The room was small for 4 people but we'd expected it so there was no problem. The room was cleaned everyday when we were there. The breakfast was good also. Staff was very helpful. We were glad to stay there for 4 days.

A friend suggested we stay in Bloomsbury so we'd be close to many of the things we wanted to see... and this turned out to be a MUCH better idea than picking a place further from central London and spending valuable time traveling since we were only there for two days. Took just a couple of minutes to walk over from Kings Cross. The room was small, but very clean and bright. It was a little warm in late July, but they had a fan available (I found it in a cabinet). The breakfast (included in room price) was tasty and substantial enough to get us through a long morning/early afternoon at the British Museum (less than a 20 minute walk away). Service was efficient considering the number of guests in the breakfast room when we came down. It was a great choice for us and we'd stay there again.

This hotel is really clean and is conviently located near the St Pancreas train station. The hotel staff was excellent and the free breakfast was delicious. The only drawbacks are is there isn't an elevator and air conditioning, but there were fans provided. The room and bathroom are small compared to US standards. I would strongly recommend staying here if you don't mind not having those things.

Nice small hotel near the kings cross station, nice breakfast. Rooms are small but that is tyipical for london. We had the triple bed that slept 4 with an in room bathroom. The staff are great and kind.

The hotel is not air conditioned and so you have to leave the window open. There are no screens on the window, so this made me uncomfortable for the overnight. The room was very small and we had to get two rooms for my children and me. Sadly, they did not even make sure the two rooms were in the same building! The best part was the excellent breakfast served every morning and the helpful staff when it was time to get a taxi to leave for the airport.

Hotel is as expected. Small rooms with great proximity to the train stations. The nice bonus is the great breakfast room provided on the lower level which includes a full English breakfast.

Overall very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. One downer is the shared bathroom as there was only one shower on my floor which can be challenging if ur in a hurry and need a shower.
