I’m not interested in sharing it was poor I’d never stay there again
Love how clean and spotless it was! We only stayed for 1 night but over all it was perfect! And for once we had a friendly staff since at our previous hotel everyone was kinda rude and not friendly. Also, since we needed to be at the train station at Kings Cross early morning. All we had to do was just get up and walk to the train station. ☺️ if I go back to London definitely will be stay there again.
For $300 a night, I expected better. We reserved a room the night before for an early train at St Pancras. I reserved 5 months in advance yet we were given a room in the basement! People walking by could look down and right into our room. It did not look like the pictures. There was no AC and the window didn’t even have a screen, bugs were flying in. We were afraid to leave it open too wide in case of rats. The room was to accommodate three people and it was so small we could barely move around each other. The bathroom was also very small, the shower stall reminded me of an RV camper and the hotel did not supply washcloth. From people walking by to hearing the rumble of the underground, it was not a pleasant night. The area around seemed dirty and unsafe, many bums and trash on the street.
Pros: The hotel is very well located, near to a very important train & metro station. The staff was polite and friendly. Cons: The rooms are very small, leaving no space to open your luggage or walking. There is no air conditioning, only a tiny fan.
Clean. Conveniently located. Renovated bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Outside noise during day and evening but hard to avoid based on location.
Perfect location - decent accommodation. Would stay here again in the future.
Very convenient to the King’s Cross tube station for easy access to public transportation. LOTS of tight stairs, very small room/bathroom. Came in and cleaned even with fo not disturb sign up.
The room was small for 4 people but we'd expected it so there was no problem. The room was cleaned everyday when we were there. The breakfast was good also. Staff was very helpful. We were glad to stay there for 4 days.
