In our room, the bed had a large urine stain. The mattress was so thin one could almost put a foot straight through. We contacted the Front Desk immediately and they said they were full and would do nothing more to assist us. We could not go searching London for a hotel at that hour, so we slept on the floor. The hotel also refused to issue a full refund for the stay. Definitely NOT a 9.0 stay!

Great location Cons - my room was in the basement near the laundry and store rooms and i could hear staff working in those areas until 1am! I also old hear every movement int he room above as the floors are thin. I got very little sleep ! Shame

Compact room but absolutely spotless. Perfect for our early Eurostar as only a two minute walk to St Pancreas and very easy to find. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Surprisingly quiet considering the location although there is a rumble of underground trains which was quite soothing.
