This hotel is in a great location for tourists. It’s very lively and you can just walk around and find something to do and eat. The staff at the hotel was nice. We even went to the Speak easy/ cocktail bar one night and that was fun. Our room wasn’t the cleanest though. I noticed some trash left behind the door. Also the bed was horrible! Mattress is super thin and the pillows are flat, there’s no support. When you’re on your feet walking you want a comfortable bed at the end of a long day. If you’re someone with neck and back pain I wouldn’t suggest this hotel unless you’re able to request specific sleeping accommodations.
Excellent visit. Staff was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. The service in the room was good. Our room was gigantic by London standards. Windows everywhere. Clean and modern. There wasn’t an overall bathroom door. With a family that would have been nice. Still it was large and updated. The location is terrific. Steps to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and Piccadilly. Easily walked to Parliament several times. Good access to several Tube stations. We’d definitely stay again.

Nearly every part of my stay was exceptional. The staff was amazing with any questions or needs. I would like to note that the walls, doors and windows were all very thin and if you’re a light sleeper rain will keep you up. Shoutout to Juliana for being the amazing every night we ate at that delicious restaurant.
This was our fifth stay at St. Martins Lane hotel and we love it’s modern feel, it’s location and it’s staff! We wish it had a rewards program!!
The room was absolutely gorgeous, with its own patio. The location couldn’t have been better especially for theatre lovers.
Super nice and friendly staff.everything was excellent. My only complain is that I wasn’t aware of the $700.00 deposit when checking in. Other than that, very nice and welcoming place
