The breakfast was very good, but the bad thing is that it was very cold and I warned many times that the heating was not working, but they never solved the problem

This is a terrible hotel. I’ve stayed in London dozens of times and this hotel really stands out for its rude and unhelpful staff. I was booked here for work for 14 days. I got endless loud nights of people partying, screaming, fighting, as well as people who would beat and sleep with their prostitutes I was once interpreted at 11pm by staff who were nearly beating down the door because I was taking a long shower and the steam had triggered their internal sensors. What place has fire alarms that react to a small amount of steam from another room? Not smoke Cleanliness is poor. Often towels or garbage left in halls and not immediately picked up by staff. Halfway through my stay I they cleaned the room and left me towels that had BLOOD on them. Revolting when I brought this to they attention: no apology. No offer of any sort as a gesture of good will. They ran fire alarms TWICE without any notification to guests. I ran out of there in genuine concern Manager when asked about it was rude and walked away. Once it disrupted a business meeting. Once I was sleeping and woke to it It’s a mediocre place with bad staff also worth noting there are so many better hotels in town geographically as well. This is by a so for tube station and otherwise not very convenient for many parts of town. Better. To stay at paddington if you need the rail. Or in soho if you need the neighborhood

surpassing expectations!!! Good customer service. Location, location, location!!!

Due to Covid-19 the hotel manager did not appear to be very nice. We had to leave early due to no fly zone implemented on Monday, so we had to leave on Sunday. He questioned this although it was national news. Conceirge was accommodating and very nice. Room super small with 2 beds very uncomfortable.
