Professional and courteous staff in the whole Hotel. Restaurant staff was professional and welcoming.

Fantastic, all the way around. It doesn’t get better

A grand old hotel. The one bedroom suite is very spacious. It's definitely old but well maintained. Nice staff, good breakfast, great location.

Incredibly elegant hotel feels like an 19th century palace. The staff are very virtuous, professionals and helpful. If you want a true British experience that is the place to be.

When my niece and I picked The Ritz it was because we wanted to stay in the most beautiful, fairy tale experience, elegant, and best located historic hotel in London. What we got was so much more. We got an education about what it really means to stay in a five star hotel. Every wish we had was granted. - We received our requested room, several hours early, upon our arrival, with tea and cookies delivered to the room with our luggage. - We decided to see the best show in town - Kinky Boots - on Thursday and The Ritz obtained for us the best seats in the house for Friday night. - We had almost forgotten to have High Tea - and the Ritz put us in - without a reservation - between two scheduled tea times - because providing over the top service to their guests is what they do. - Every day we started our day at the concierge desk where we felt we were working with good friends or even loving relatives to plan our day and make sure we had the very best experience possible. Until we stayed at The Ritz I didn't understand the incredible value that comes with what for my budget is a very expensive hotel room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Ritz London is in the perfect location. The hotel was beautiful. Many people visited our hotel for afternoon tea. The concierge was incredible. They were able to book us tickets to every venue we wanted to attend. I had absolutely no worries here. I had complete peace of mind.

Love this hotel. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and very helpful! A lovely room.

Do not even consider staying anywhere else, RUN...do not walk to the Ritz London !!!!

Very beautiful hotel! The room we stayed in was gorgeous, and the room service was was extraordinary. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit London in style. Even the locals refer to The Ritz has one of the best and exquisite hotels there!

We were a group of 5 southern ladies. The Ritz treated us with such kindness and gentility we felt as if we were transported to another era. The staff was amazing, and we never wanted for anything as they efficiently provided before we could ask, almost. The rooms as beautiful and comfortable. The dining is wonderfully over the top. We will certainly return.

What a beautiful hotel! I cannot say enough about staying at the Ritz London. The hotel is immaculately maintained, classically decorated and run by a hotel staff who work day in and day out in a diligent manner simply for their hotel guests. Our room was very comfortable with a king size bed, two desks, chairs, lots and lots of storage space for a weeks' worth of clothing for my husband and I! The check in service was simple we were even given a personal tour of the hotel before heading to our accomodations. The concierge staff is extremely knowledgeable (our favorite is Andy) and willing to answer even the simplest question. Have drinks in the famous Rivoli Bar - Luca, the main bartender, will not only 'create' the most delicious drinks, he will engage you in conversation and make you feel at home. Luca is one of the treasures we found at the Ritz! Saturday evening dinner in the Ritz Dining Room was spectacular: from the band, dancing, delicious food, perfect ambiance and professional wait staff ... we had a wonderful evening! At check in, ask about the Ritz Casino where you will find a breathtaking bar, dining room and outdoor space ... accessed through a secret door in the lobby!! The entire hotel exudes class and sophistication. After a long day of sightseeing, we looked forward to coming home to the Ritz. By the way, the location is perfect. It is right near the entrance to Green Park which leads directly to St James and Buckingham Palace - a mere 15 minute walk from the Ritz. The bustling area around the Ritz is filled with shopping boutiques (leads to Piccadilly), cafes for lunch and breakfast, a pharmacy, a tube stop and lots of traffic - on the streets and the sidewalks. It is a busy area but a perfect location for beginning your sightseeing day.

The hotel is very well located and there were no major complaints. Very nice bar and restaurant. I recommend a happy hour at the Rivoli bar. Staff was friendly too. Room was not great but no complaints.

So what if you have to dress nicely every day? It's worth it to live the Ritz life for a few days. The service is impeccable, the food fabulous and tea an absolute must to experience a taste of Downton Abbey-style British fine living. The location near most everything. Concierge can work miracles. Room was elegant and tasteful (but don't stay on the bottom floor if you can avoid it). Give yourself a good 5 days, tho. Anything less will be frustrating.
