London’s most iconic hotel truly shines because of its exceptional staff. I recently stayed at The Ritz London, and while the building itself is magnificent and speaks for its own grandeur, it is the people who make the experience extraordinary. The front office team were outstanding — especially Angelina at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for a memorable stay. Every interaction throughout the hotel’s gilded halls was gracious and seamless, making the entire visit feel special.
