This hotel was excellent, and I hope to visit again someday. Although under construction, it was hard to notice any disturbance. The food and drink were amazing, and the service was impeccable. From Louisiana to London with LOVE, we loved it! Nothing but good here:)

Great hotel in a lovely neighborhood

The staff at this hotel is wonderful, as is the hotel, except for two aspects: there is no fitness center and the rooms are quite small with virtually no counter space in the bathrooms. The area around the hotel is lovely and it is conveniently located in the heart of London. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was covered with scaffolding and tarps due to work on the building, with machine noises throughout the day. This was a disappointing surprise with no reduction in the standard room rate. So this hotel is not a the best for now and over priced at this time. We were told the work would be finished in early 2026. I recommend skipping this hotel until then. And ask about the status of the work before booking it.

Our stay at The Chesterfield was flawless. The concierge team was outstanding, attentive, proactive and made everything seamless. The room was immaculate with luxury touches like robes, high-end toiletries and iced biscuits. The bed was heavenly, and breakfast was beautifully served in an elegant dining room.
