Room was clean spacious and better than we expected. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower. Bit strange having a separate toilet which means going into the bathroom to wash your hands. Staff all pleasant, courteous. Good to have a 24 hour bar. Nice & close to the DLR station and Greenwich centre. We'll be back in a few days for another event at the O2!

Main issue was the temperature couldn’t be Ashton the shower and it was scalding hot. They were full so don’t have rooms to move us to However can’t fault them as they sorted things with a discount on the stay Don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment Overall really happy with the hotel and will happily stay again

The room was spacious and clean, had everything I needed apart from teabags and biscuits! Maybe an oversight. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent quality, very impressed and served by the rightly proud chef.

Room was cold, bedding was a thin duvet also tv was basic. There was a lot of noise throughout the night which came through the windows. The staff on reception in the morning didn’t seem to care when I mentioned either. Breakfast was undercooked sausages and stale pastries.
