Great historic hotel, great location, nice lounge.

Wonderful stay in a great area. would stay there again for the holidays.

The staff was very helpful in changing our room to accommodate our son who works in the UK and was able to spend the last night with us. The changed our reservation to a room with two double beds for both nights so we wouldn't have to move. We have visited London numerous times over the years but this was or first visit to St Ermins Hotel. Loved the hotel, the location, and the hospitality.

Nice location. Walking distance to many attractions and close to tube station.

From the driveway to the Caxton Patio, this hotel is perfection. An excellent, friendly staff who attended to our every need and inquiry. Convenient to everything London has to offer, and a welcome retreat back to peace, quiet and a little luxury at the end of each day.

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. Best location in central London.

loved the atmosphere! everything was great. the only note that i would have is the reception could be more helpful

The most beautiful hotel. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would absolutely stay there again. WILL stay there again!!

Very nice hotel even though the standard rooms are very small, there was no room to put our 2 suitcases. The location is perfect, very close to everything. I got this hotel because had an injured leg and still was able to walk up to the London Eye. There is subway station within couple of minutes and Victoria St. with the buses going towards Parliament 2 stops and Trafalgar Square 4 stops. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean with nice updated bathrooms.

Lovely location and wonderful staff. Very helpful. Great bar, food and easy to walk to locations.

Wonderful location across from Scotland Yard headquarters within easy walking distance to the main sites. Hotel very clean and charming. Food was great. We would stay here again in a minute despite the quite high cost.

We travelled over March Break 2014. Excellent value for the price we paid. The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the city. The lobby was beautiful.

I have stayed in St. Ermin's several times and always have had a good stay. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, and the location of the hotel, so close to the tube and to St. James' Park, is really convenient. Some of the rooms are very small, so be sure to check your room size before booking to avoid disappointment, and the view from some rooms is not very good (looking directly into Scotland Yard office windows). Rooms that face the internal courtyard entrance are lovely. the only other (small) complaint is that the heating/air conditioning can be noisy and uneven.

We loved this hotel. It was wonderfully situated next to the St. James' Underground stop and was in easy walking distance to Westminster Abbey as well as sights on the south side of the Thames. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out their way to make our stay a very pleasant one.

It was a great hotel o stay in. Staff was helpful and its very convenient.

Arrived before Christmas and stayed through New Year. Underground is a two minute slow stroll. Easy walk to Buckingham, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Victoria Street shopping, and large number of restaurants. Wonderful work-out room. Breakfast buffet is average. Staff very attentive. Rooms are not large, but do not feel cramped. Had a nice view of the courtyard. Good choice for sight-seeing from.

St. Ermin's Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean, and the amenities were wonderful. The hotel was centrally located and we were able to walk around safely. I would recommend St. Ermin's highly.

Very courteous staff in lobby. Appreciated take away breakfast in lobby on Monday morning. Loved huge shower.

Great location with St James' Underground station just around the corner and within an easy walk to Westminster, the Thames, Westminster Abbey, St James' Park and a lot more. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were an ok size (it's a mjor city so they were never going to be huge). Food was quite expensive with continental breakfast at £19pp ($29pp) but there are plenty of locations in the area where you can get someting to eat for a lot less. Would we return? Yes, definitely.

We had a wonderful week in London and our hotel was great. The location couldn't have been better. Five minute walk to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Parliament. Ten minutes from Buckingham Palace and the London Eye. The Underground was just around the corner as was a Starbucks! Also, we were there during a heat wave and the A/C was great. The people at the hotel were vert helpful. We were very pleased.
