This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved our room. It was spacious and very clean. The robes were a big hit with the kids. We loved having 2 bathrooms in our room since we were in one of the family rooms. The turndown service with the bees on the pillows were a fun end to the day. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the young kids loved having their own area with some kid friendly items. The only thing I regret was not booking a tea time in advance because they were full the day we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to London.

The whole stay felt like 5 star hotel service. I would absolutely stay here the next time I am in London.

Friendly staff from check in to dining to the bell hops.

lots of history, close to the Tube and lots of atttactions. food was really good. Only draw back was the rooms were small, but thats expected from an historic building

The location of the hotel is very convenient: 2-3 minutes walk from St James Park station, the Westminster abbey, supreme court (free to visit and some case is open to public),parliament, London eye, St James park, Buckingham palace, green park, etc. The breakfast and dinner are also excellent. And the hotel is a historic place in London, with the historic, beautiful look and decorations, but without the dated facilities (not smell old like some historic hotels). Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Anyway, we love this hotel and will come back and recommend it to other people.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again. It had every possible amenity we could ever need and the staff was great about helping us find our way around town.

Exquisite English style hotel very centrally located.

Beautiful hotel walking distance to abbey and Buckingham Palace tube bus shops.

Great location, beautiful gardens, and friendly staff.

This hotel met all of our needs. Great location. They send up Champaign and chocolate for our 25th Wedding Anniversary.

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights here and very satisfied with the facility and their services. I only have small disatisfsction with the sink where the water flows very slowly. Checking in and out was very efficient. The staff also helped me to find a solution for my daughter’s sudden illness. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very well kept and attractive. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Food was good.

Convenient location, great staff, accommodated every request, excellent food

From the moment we arrived the concierge was attentive to our needs. We checked in much earlier than the published check-in time. We didn't expect our room to be ready but our bags were taken until we returned later in the day. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed.

It’s was fine, but reminded us of a used car; looked and felt new and shiny at first, but underneath it was kind of falling apart at the seams. The bathroom is the WORST. Hit multiple body parts on a clear glass shelf above the toilet, had a near spill climbing over the three foot wall to get into the shower. Just poorly designed. A pretty quiet neighborhood- which is good & bad. Not a lot to walk to, but quiet at nights/mornings. Very close to a tube station- which is good.

The hotel is so beautiful on the outside and cosy inside. We got a renovated room so it was modern and updated bathroom. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and next door to the Tube . The only negative point is the wait on the weekend for breakfast- beautiful dining area but too small .

From the time we arrived and were greeted by the hotel staff and walked into the hotel we were impressed with the welcoming staff. Check in was efficient and the room was lovely. Walked to dinner, with numerous restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. Would love to return to London and have a longer stay at this hotel
