From the moment we arrived the concierge was attentive to our needs. We checked in much earlier than the published check-in time. We didn't expect our room to be ready but our bags were taken until we returned later in the day. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed.

It’s was fine, but reminded us of a used car; looked and felt new and shiny at first, but underneath it was kind of falling apart at the seams. The bathroom is the WORST. Hit multiple body parts on a clear glass shelf above the toilet, had a near spill climbing over the three foot wall to get into the shower. Just poorly designed. A pretty quiet neighborhood- which is good & bad. Not a lot to walk to, but quiet at nights/mornings. Very close to a tube station- which is good.

The hotel is so beautiful on the outside and cosy inside. We got a renovated room so it was modern and updated bathroom. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and next door to the Tube . The only negative point is the wait on the weekend for breakfast- beautiful dining area but too small .

From the time we arrived and were greeted by the hotel staff and walked into the hotel we were impressed with the welcoming staff. Check in was efficient and the room was lovely. Walked to dinner, with numerous restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. Would love to return to London and have a longer stay at this hotel

With my orbitz reward membership they upgraded me to a king room for free and I also got free breakfast buffet each morn which was great. Each room has 2 American electrical 110v outlets on the desk which was a huge perk. I wish I would have known this was the case a head of time as I waisted money on bringing converters and I bought a dual voltage flat iron and curing iron. I could have saved my money and just brought my regular American hair tools and used them just fine! The hotel is also close to most of the tourist attractions so we didn’t need to use the trains really. We could walk to most everything!

Second stay at St Ermin's with family. In 2013 had one of the "family rooms" with 2 queen beds and 2! bathrooms. Everything was great so returned to hotel in July 2017 with my son. I would consider this as a "luxury" hotel, one step below "super luxury". Location is very big plus. Very much family oriented with great rooms and staff.

We had a great time, this hotel is within walking of almost all the major sites. We walked to Big Ben, the Palace, Westminster. The Staff was outstanding. Helpful, fun to talk with. Room was clean everyday. No doubt we would stay here again. Thank you for being a part of our vacation

Hotel was close to the St James Park tube station, which allowed access to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two tours we booked through the Concierge were top notch (would recommend having them book the tours as they can sometimes get you on a tour that is closed to the general public).

The staff was extremely helpful at any time of day or night! The room was clean and perfect for our 4 night stay while on holiday. The hotel is close to the underground and many of the sites we wanted to visit.

I would stay at this hotel the next time I go to London

Lovely hotel within walking distance of many top attractions. Tube close by. All amenities, great staff, top notch bar- Visa bartender makes excellent drinks!! Highly recommend !

Location is very convenient, within walking distance to many attractions. All staff are very nice and welling to help, room was clean .

Great historic hotel, great location, nice lounge.

Wonderful stay in a great area. would stay there again for the holidays.

The staff was very helpful in changing our room to accommodate our son who works in the UK and was able to spend the last night with us. The changed our reservation to a room with two double beds for both nights so we wouldn't have to move. We have visited London numerous times over the years but this was or first visit to St Ermins Hotel. Loved the hotel, the location, and the hospitality.

Nice location. Walking distance to many attractions and close to tube station.

From the driveway to the Caxton Patio, this hotel is perfection. An excellent, friendly staff who attended to our every need and inquiry. Convenient to everything London has to offer, and a welcome retreat back to peace, quiet and a little luxury at the end of each day.

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. Best location in central London.

loved the atmosphere! everything was great. the only note that i would have is the reception could be more helpful

The most beautiful hotel. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would absolutely stay there again. WILL stay there again!!
