Fine location, good breakfast. Glass wall in bathroom annoying when using bathroom while others trying to sleep. Nice that is has a sauna and whirlpool (1 reason I chose this place) but neither very warm. Sofa bed for 3rd adult adequate but not very large.

Check in was extremely nice. We checked in early and they stored our luggage until the room was ready. The hotel is 100 yards from the Tube which allows you to explore the entire city.

Great room, very modern . Bar staff was not friendly at all.

I spent seven nights at the hotel. Very satisfied. The staff members at the front desk are pretty and very very nice/friendly. The restaurant and the bar are a plus. The bar - Jamboree owner ( a gentleman) is very social and friendly. I will return to the same hotel next time. The nearby Tube station us Southward. Get a Oyster card if you stay two days or more.

Great spot close to the Thames. We walked to the London Eye and back and to The Cathedral over the Millennium Bridge. Yes we could've taken the Tube but with so much to see it was worth the walk.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Clean and nice. Close and walkable to many attractions and tube

Nice, clean, relatively new hotel in a great location to get to everything and very close to a Tube station. I'd definitely stay here again. The only downside was the cost of the breakfast buffet (with the exception of our son ate free). We got a good to go breakfast faster and for a lot less money at the hotel next door.

Great overall location for use of tube, or walking to enjoy major sites.
