Great location and very modern new hotel. The hotel had a great cafe which we used vs the traditional breakfast. We also found that we could hop on the tube or walk to many attractions. Safe and great food in the area.

This hotel is in a very good and near by every thing and every where it's a walking distance, convenience and good place to stay. Only one thing I don't like is the way they light they front desk and in the room should be more light brighter I mean. I put my make up could't see my self how pretty i am and how are the people at the front desk. Brighter should be good. when peoples walk in will wow.... when I walk in it's just aw..

was great came with my 86 years old dad and we both loved it

Amazing staff, great breakfast, easy access to tube.

The good: very friendly and professional staff. Pretty hotel. Modern style with more use of technology than usual (remote for lights, shade, do not disturb, etc). The window shade is fantastic! Covers completely with no light. Set an alarm if you need to get up because NO light comes on. Very nice for sleeping. The bad: the neighborhood is not my preference. Close to some attractions (the Eye, Big Ben, etc) and very close to the Lambeth tube station, but somewhat run down neighborhood. Few restaurants without walking a decent distance, and many closed up shops. I'm not sure I would have felt safe walking there alone at night. In the room, there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom so if anyone turns on the bathroom light, it bothers anyone else in the room. The ugly: the first night, the toilet flush buttons fell out of the wall. Not ideal, but we were exhausted so we decided to deal with it for the night and inform them in the morning. The next morning, we discovered the usb outlets we'd plugged our phones into didn't work because our phones were dead. We informed the staff and noted the usb was a priority because we were only staying one more night before traveling internationally and needed to have fully charged phones for travel. After a long day of siteseeing, we returned to find neither issue had been addressed. In the end, the hotel credited is our breakfast charges for our inconvenience, but we were still disappointed.

OK stay. Convenient location. Room was quite small for a family of 2 young kids but we were able to manage this as we spent all of the outside.

Amazing hotel near London Underground and close to sights like the London Eye and Westminster

Overall the stay was excellent. The couch bed was not very comfortable. Also, it would have been nice if there was a small fridge that was more accessible. Lastly, I recommend that you have some outlets that accommodate US plugs.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was with two other families comprising of 7 adults and 4 children. The staff were very helpful, hotel had all the comforts you could expect. Breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is also pretty damn awesome as you can walk to the underground or to some of the sights. The children enjoyed the evenings in the pool as well.

It was a nice clean, modern and convenient place.

Excited to take our first trip to London on our 10 year anniversary we reserved our "city view" room, only to check in to a 2nd floor room view that is covered by a warehouse that blocks any view of the city. Room and halls are dark and felt like a dungeon. Half of the lights were out in our room. The deal breaker for us was that coming out of the shower on the second day, the door breaks and the bracket that holds the huge glass door falls on my head. When I brought this to the the attention of the hotel staff, all that was done to compensate us was move us to a different room. Will definitely come back to London, but not this hotel.

It was a great experience spending the week with Park Plaza London Waterloo hotel. It was convenient walking to major sites and access to the entire city with nearby tube stations.

Restaurant choice not that great. Very close to the underground and bus service.

The hotel is the perfect location to explore London, conveniently located to a tube station and just a short ride to all sites. The hotel provided a vey comfortable room with great amenities.

I am glad to hear that the staff welcome and technology in the room were to your satisfaction, however I was disappointed to hear of the issues within your room which I have now passed on to the chief engineer and they are investigating at the moment. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back at Park Plaza London Waterloo soon. Best Regards, Laura Radut, Guest Relations Manager.
