Excellent hotel, very respectful and responsive staff. The location is incredible, a 5min walk to the London Eye, Waterloo station. 20min to Borough market. 15-20min to Westminster, depending on how busy the bridge is. Incredibly quiet. No street noise. And the pool and spa area offered a nice place to relax after a long day being a tourist. We were so pleased.

I stayed for six nights in a row, and only changed the sheets on the sixth night. During this period, I didn't clean, or didn't change the bath towel after cleaning, or didn't clean the wine glass, didn't provide rain mats, and didn't replenish the napkins when they were empty. In short, I felt that the room service was not good enough.

I loved this hotel and all the staff members were so kind and accommodating. From the front desk, the concierge staff, the restaurant staff, and housekeepers, I couldn’t have found nicer or better anywhere. They made my stay very comfortable, the hotel was so quiet. Couldn’t hear any sounds from inside or out when in our room. King bed was comfortable, very nice place to stay for my first visit to London. Would surely stay there again. Greg T.

7-10 min from Waterloo Station. Relatively easy to find. Beautiful hotel, luxurious room. Coffee and tea available in room, spacious bathroom. Excellent service especially when our kettle in room did not work. Would stay again
