It was a great experience spending the week with Park Plaza London Waterloo hotel. It was convenient walking to major sites and access to the entire city with nearby tube stations.

Restaurant choice not that great. Very close to the underground and bus service.

The hotel is the perfect location to explore London, conveniently located to a tube station and just a short ride to all sites. The hotel provided a vey comfortable room with great amenities.

Very helpful staff. Clean and modren facilities. I stayed with my daughters and fell safe all the time. Within walking distance to the London eye and House of Parliament ( Big Ben). Best of all the tube was just across street and we were able to go anywhere from there.

Check in was a little slow but once we got to the desk Sarah was extremely nice. I emailed ahead that we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday and they gave us an upgraded room and had a bottle of wine and some sweets on his birthday waiting in the room. Hotel is in a great location. The only issue we had was not getting 2 towels one day but it was sent up immediately. The beds were not comfortable at all. We ate at the restaurant and my steak was not cooked correctly and the manager took it off the bill. Overall it was a great hotel and stay.

Great hotel for families. Very nice staff, great location.

Kid friendly, close to the underground, new hotel, has smart tv, has a door man, has concierge, has charging outlets for new tech, has a restaurant in the hotel, would return again.

Posh hotel with excellent fitness facilities including spa and indoor pool, a 2 minute walk from the Lambeth North Tube. Coming from the Kings Cross train station from Scotland, the cab driver took us to the wrong Waterloo hotel. There is another Park Plaza just off the Waterloo tube station. GPS also leads you to the other Park Plaza. This hotel is fairly new, just opened 4 months ago and is under the radar of most cab drivers. The environs are not as great as the other Park Plaza nearby. Our window view was of trash and dilapidated building across the hotel. Other than that, the staff was friendly, efficient check-in and check out.

I'll be visiting a chiropractor after a 3 night stay in this hotel. Beds are terrible! I even told the staff and they just ignored my complaint.

Great modern, clean hotel with very fun rooms. Ambient lights set the mood. The Jacuzzi wasn't really big enough for two but still a nice to have. The staff was super hospitable and helpful & spoke English well.
