Excellent boutique very British historical hotel
Excellent staff, great location, historic American Bar, simply th BEST in London
It is in a wonderful location and the staff are so very welcoming
overpriced for an old hotel with average facilities. bit dated. i do like the american bar.
Wonderful location, but the hotel seems to have declined in quality from the last time I stayed there seven years ago. The room comfortable but freezing, the shower with a strange old fashioned door difficult to operate, the breakfast OK, but totally overpriced. Thirty-four pounds for a small cheese omelet? Friendly and competent staff, dealing as well as they could with what they had.
Very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was particularly good.
Staff couldn't be nicer. Restaurant is great as well as the American Bar
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and many historic landmarks.
This is a gem. Fantastic location and incredible service. You are stepping into the charm of a classic British hotel but with all modern upgrades and conveniences. The service is on par with the best in the world.
Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Extremely inconvenient that the restaurant was closed for renovations. Because of that-the bar was packed every night and we could not get a seat the entire trip. Only on the last night did anyone tell us you could make a reservation if a guest. We could not eat or drink at our own hotel other than room service. Otherwise very nice.
LOVED the Stafford! We switched from another hotel on arrival and we were happy we did! Service was great! The bar downstairs is lively and fun! Great location!
Great staff, location, bar, and food. If you are looking for the perfect location for a personal or business trip this is the place. Short walking distance to Green Park stop.
Once again Kempinski hotels were a great experience. Great location and service.
great hotel location for walking and touring the city.
The Stafford was a really nice hotel in the center of Mayfair. It is within walking distance of the major sights and the staff were very pleasant. We will definitely stay there again.
Small, tight room but immaculate. Easy access to everything. Duvet far too warm for summer weather even with air conditioning.
Elegantly appointed and extremely well located, The Sttafford Hotel in London easily becomes home away from home. From its own easy access to Green Park to its secluded, calm, and quiet atmosphere in the middle of the hustle and bustle of one of the most coveted areas of London, this hotel offered comfortable rooms, attentive and extremely helpful staff, great amenities, gourmet restaurant and yes, the cozy subdued glamour of the American Bar. We' ll certainly be back, sooner rather than later.
Staff was excellent and the location is great. Located in St. James by the Ritz. Would recommend to anyone. Alot of history there too as the American Bar is located inside.
a terrific place to stay....it doesn't get any nicer!
