Great room, extra roomy, great location. Friendly staff, very helpful with any requests.

We originally booked a different hotel that unfortunately had a fatal gas leak and closed down. Orbitz called me and we changed our booking to this hotel and we had a great experience. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff was nice and helpful and it's only a sort distance from The Victoria and Albert Museum, The Natural History Museum, Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. The real highlight for me though was that they give you a free mobile phone to use for the duration of your stay. I had no idea and I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving to find it as I was going to purchase a phone to use. I was skeptical at first but it really is free to use. Fees are only incurred if you lose or damage the phone or if you make a call/text to a country that isn't on the list of free international calls/texts. It truly was a lifeline. You can book tours and tickets at discounted rates through the phone. We went to see Wicked, went on a day trip to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath, went on the Making of Harry Potter studio tour, and on a day trip to Paris visiting the Eiffel Tower, eating lunch there and going to the Louvre all thanks to this phone. It really helped us make the most of our 8 day stay.

From the time we checked until check out found the hotel and staff to be a gem. Terrific location with easy walking access to two tube stations, many restaurants and attractions like Kensington Palace. Staff most helpful, clean, well stocked rooms, and small bar/lounge area. Food available at small restaurant in hotel with good quality room service if desired.

so hot that they keep windows open in rooms. Very unaccommodating

Everything about the hotel/location, etc was wonderful. The staff was friendly and so helpful we felt right at home.

No place to park unless you walk to garage 10 minutes away. Very inconvenient

Old hotel, not in a great part of town, no parking for rentals and the bathroom sinks don't work well.

Our first time in London was a winner starting with our stay at this lovely, updated hotel. Close to local restaurants, Tube, and grocery store. Staff was very helpful with our requests ranging from ice to tourist site tickets to taxi service both to and from the airport.

The hotel was going through a renovation and expansion. The overall experience was great, some minor issues with WI-FI and Television.

This was a lovely hotel with great proximity to the train and Kensington Palace. Safe location as well. The room was clean and well-equipped

They neglected to mention that half the hotel was under construction. Some noise but mainly the whole lounge was closed and half the restaurant. Room was great nonetheless.

This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood , the staff is welcoming and immediately i was put at ease. I was given lots of help and important information to make my outings easier to find places . There is not much to look at if your room is in back of building , but the room is clean and comfortable .nicely maintained . My overall stay was positive and i would recommend your hotel . My thanks to your front desk staff for a job well done . Greetings from the US Andre .

It was okay, not the most amazing but definitely not bad. The rooms were clean but it was very new and modern. The king room was just two twin beds with two twin blankets, definitely ideal for cuddling couples. The hotel staff wasn't rude but definitely didn't go out of their way to be super nice and helpful. All in all, I wouldn't give it a terrible review but I wouldn't go out of may way to recommend it.

We arrived later than we expected from the US and it was so great to arrive at a beautiful hotel. Our room was beautiful, relatively spacious and so comfortable. It's close to two stops on the Picadilly Line and close to great indian food and pubs. The staff was warm and engaging and we will definitely stay when we return.

Comfortable room in a good location; however, wouldn't recommend if you have your own car as there is no place to park.

Big room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with a wonderful shower - a breath of fresh air after our tiny room in Paris! Loved the beautiful neighborhood and the proximity to the tube.

This Hotel was extremely clean and located just a few blocks from underground. Our room was great. Comfortable and supplied with coffee and MILK in the refrigerator. The staff were wonderful. They held our luggage when we arrived too early to check in. They assisted us in getting transportation from our door to the theater. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious.

This hotel is in the Kensington district of London. Is a short walk to Hyde Park and from there to Buckingham palace and London center city. It's on a side street which makes it very quiet. I found the staff extremely friendly and it was an overall great today. I would highly recommend it.

The staff was helpful and friendly, we arrived around 11am, checked in early, and got the room we requested. Overall a positive stay!
