They neglected to mention that half the hotel was under construction. Some noise but mainly the whole lounge was closed and half the restaurant. Room was great nonetheless.
This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood , the staff is welcoming and immediately i was put at ease. I was given lots of help and important information to make my outings easier to find places . There is not much to look at if your room is in back of building , but the room is clean and comfortable .nicely maintained . My overall stay was positive and i would recommend your hotel . My thanks to your front desk staff for a job well done . Greetings from the US Andre .
It was okay, not the most amazing but definitely not bad. The rooms were clean but it was very new and modern. The king room was just two twin beds with two twin blankets, definitely ideal for cuddling couples. The hotel staff wasn't rude but definitely didn't go out of their way to be super nice and helpful. All in all, I wouldn't give it a terrible review but I wouldn't go out of may way to recommend it.
We arrived later than we expected from the US and it was so great to arrive at a beautiful hotel. Our room was beautiful, relatively spacious and so comfortable. It's close to two stops on the Picadilly Line and close to great indian food and pubs. The staff was warm and engaging and we will definitely stay when we return.
Comfortable room in a good location; however, wouldn't recommend if you have your own car as there is no place to park.
Big room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with a wonderful shower - a breath of fresh air after our tiny room in Paris! Loved the beautiful neighborhood and the proximity to the tube.
This Hotel was extremely clean and located just a few blocks from underground. Our room was great. Comfortable and supplied with coffee and MILK in the refrigerator. The staff were wonderful. They held our luggage when we arrived too early to check in. They assisted us in getting transportation from our door to the theater. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious.
This hotel is in the Kensington district of London. Is a short walk to Hyde Park and from there to Buckingham palace and London center city. It's on a side street which makes it very quiet. I found the staff extremely friendly and it was an overall great today. I would highly recommend it.
The staff was helpful and friendly, we arrived around 11am, checked in early, and got the room we requested. Overall a positive stay!
Very good value for money. Centrally located on a quiet street.
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. A nice, clean, well appointed hotel in a nice quiet area, very close to a major tube station and within walking distance of several sights. There are tons of choices for food around if you don't want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel (which you should - it is excellent as well). The staff is all polite and exceptionally helpful. I definitely would recommend staying here!
The room was extra small. I paid $200.00 per night for an extra small room that does not even contains a sofa. I could not walk around the bed. I have to stay all the time on the bed to watch the TV. It was not a pleasant experience.
Clean, safe, friendly. Reasonable price and good amenities at the hotel.
It was a beautiful location and close to the train. Very safe. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay. A little too fancy for that. Nice for couples or business travelers.
Accommodations were amazing, food at restaurant was over the top & the available cell phone added to our stay!! Use allowed us to find the nearest Access to the Tube & other restaurants.
First impressions are everything and from the minute we pulled up and met the staff we knew this was First Class. It just continued from there!
Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to grocery store, tube and tour ticket office.
In a quiet neighborhood with a Sainsburys grocery store barely a five minute walk away and a Waitrose another 3-4 minutes further. The prefered Underground stop for travel is Gloucester Rd. The Earl's Ct. station is for going west or to/from Heathrow. Very easy to connect to anywhere in the city from the Gloucester Rd. station (about an 8-10 minute walk). No real pubs or nightlife within a short walk of the area. You'll have to go elsewhere for that. The room (grand deluxe double) was clean and inviting. Plenty of closet space and drawers. The refrigerator is a standard undercounter-type and the shelves prevent you from putting a lot of large items in it. The room safe is large enough to fit a 15 laptop laying down. On the bed, there was no top, or flat, sheet. just a duvet for a cover. It looked like it was changed daily. One concern was the bathtub. The step over into the tub for a shower is quite high. I had to hold the towel rack for balance (I'm 62). If you have problems with your back or legs and taking high steps, inquire about the type of shower in your room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would consider another stay on a future trip.
We recently stayed at The Park City Hotel for a total of 9 nights. It is a very cute boutique style hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were very attentive and a great help to us in guiding us around the City. The room was plenty big with enough space to unpack and feel quite comfortable during our long stay. We chose this hotel because it appeared to be quite close to a few underground stations and we were correct. Extremely convenient to get to several underground stations and also lots of restaurants nearby. We did try the hotel breakfast one day and it was very very good. We didn't want to commit to eating there every day because we wanted more flexibility but it was quite varied and a good value for the money.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.
