It was really nice stay. Bed super comfortable staff were amazing. The king suite was just incredible with amazing views. Went the extra mile with decorating our room and a free chocolate pudding for our anniversary.

The staff was outstanding, very kind, thoughtful and accommodating. There were little things that made it not five stars. Making promises that were not kept. Being told to do something that took me more time than it should have. Lobby bathroom was not in good shape, one bathroom had no TP, the other was on the floor, it was not kept up. A bit of a mess, not presentable, and needs to be kept up for a hotel like this.

This is what I would call a ‘Little Gem ‘ fantastic hotel located close to the tube station , great restaurants Gloria’s and Hawksmoor and Spitalfields market . Would recommend you give it a go .
