Very basic hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Worth the price. Breakfast was basic.

Rude staff. Broken doors and toilets. Has bed bug infestation.

staff was very nice place is old and dingy beds are so uncomfortable my TV wasn't working phone wasn't working reported it never got fixed whoever owns this hotel needs to invest some money in an update it the place is falling apart

This is not a 3 star hotel. You do not want to stay here.

Great location as well as to nearby tube. The floor we stayed on had completely renovated brand new rooms and we felt satisfied!

This hotel has rooms in the basement that are not in the room description of any website and without any notice we were placed in this dungeon. The worst place to be with jet-lag and on holidays. The front desk staff needs a lesson in hospitality. I choose this hotel because it was near the Paddington train station but there are other hotels nearby like Central Park Hotel, just make sure that you are not placed in a dungeon.

Location was convenient. Besides the room was extremely small. No shelves or place to put the luggage. Washroom extremely small and the shower drain plugged.

location/access to transportation, good service, courteous staff

absolutely terrible beds. No heat , except electric heater

The thermostat did not work properly. It shout down automatically and would not start back unless someone press a bottom. Staff could work on costume service skills.

Good location, easy to access to subways, Kenington Park, High Street, etc.

The property is in a great location; close to Paddington Station which has a nonstop train to Heathrow. The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and Bayswater and Queensway underground stations and Kensington Gardens. The hotel provided a Handy cell phone which I used for maps, WiFi calling and texting, a camera, Google searches and gmail. The staff were terrific. The single downside was the lack of a/c in our room on warm days but the oscillating fan helped.

Location was good. Staff varied from very nice to indifferent to rude. Breakfast was not that great. Mold in bathroom shower. Small tv screen. Small room.

I enjoyed my stay at Queens Park Hotel. The Central London location near Hyde Park, Nottinghill, restaurants, and tube stations is excellent. The front desk staff, although busy, were always efficient, helpful and courteous. The room was small, but since I was not on business, this was okay. I had a window, but it looked out on a wall. Again, this was okay because I was there for the overall location. This was a safe hotel for me. The HVAC system was new and complicated to use, even for staff. This was the only downside.

Hice Location, there are 2 metro stations 5 mins walking, very clean but small room

Room was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable!!! The hotel has no real amenities and breakfast was mediocre, but we really just wanted a bed and a shower, and we were extremely satisfied with both. An excellent value I would highly recommend.

Breakfast was wretched—same general options as elsewhere but decidedly cheaper ingredients. Bed was awful. Walls were dirty, carpet as well. They had been doing some updating—freshly painted hallway when we arrived. However, the overall feeling was that property owners were trying to save money by cutting corners—doing everything as absolutely cheaply as possible. That will backfire on them in the end. People feel more comfortable with quality, and a little more niceness would go a long way. Hotel staff on duty was friendly at least or would have given poorest rating.

Construction during stay. Asked to change room right away. Moved from closet with room window to fire escape and construction. To room which we had to take elevator to 4th floor then walk down flight of stairs around corners to get to room. Room renovated but could have used 2 more days to complete work. Multitask bathroom. You can sit on toilet and brush teeth at same time. Unless you are looking for a hotel with a built-in workout getting to room. Do not apply.
