Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo

This hotel has no fridge in room, no mini-bar, no delivery of laundry to room, no concierge. The 'business center' was a joke - the computers only had an ancient version of Internet Explorer, which would not even display Gmail properly, so I couldn't even search for an email PDF I needed to print. The room was also small, and no shower curtain, so water covered the bathroom floor. I would never get a room here again.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Check in was easy friendly and quick. Facilities were clean and had easy access to tube. I would have given this an excellent waiting if not for one employee who was not as friendly or helpfull as the rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Staff very helpful most of the time. Very close to the Waterloo Station, good restaurants and walking distance to the London Eye in one direction and the War Museum in the other direction.

Very convenient hotel near the Waterloo train line. Restaurants nearby that were very good, not fancy but fun hangouts. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want/ cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads and several hot items. Room was a bit small but it is London- very clean room with accommodating staff. It is just across from an ambulance headquarters so at night you would often hear their sirens as they were leaving the station- but you do not hear the regular street noise- we were on the 5th floor.

Hotel is a convenient 5 minute walk to Waterloo Station. The staff is above and beyond. Our room was ready upon arrival, which for a weary traveler is a plus. Their breakfast is above US standards. Every employee greets you and you can tell they really love their jobs. Hotel has a nice casual restaurant and the food was excellent. Would stay here again in a heart beat. I give it a perfect 10!!!!!!

The staff in the kitchen were excellent! Food could have been changed up a bit, just the same thing everyday. The room we chose was quite tight, but very clean. The front desk staff were very nice.

Allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was very good.

Walking distance to great sites and close to all modes of transportation, the Underground and buses.

Breakfast spread was fine. Check in and out was wondrous quick. I do wonder why there were no face cloths and no ice buckets in the room. Ice machine only on floor one...had to inquire to discover this.

Very clean and American style hotel, breakfast buffet was huge and had full English and American options.

Room was spacious, clean, quiet. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. One wall was entirely filled with windows to allow in sunlight. The WiFi connection was reliable and fast. The included breakfast had a large variety of foods and was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

Great first impression for our London trip! Could not have asked for more as far as comfort and cleanliness. Was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay at this property should the opportunity present itself in the future!

This hotel is s quick walk to the Undergtound and London Eye area. There are some cute pubs nearby and I felt very safe ( I was a solo traveler) Rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was great👍

We came to London for 4 days and stayed at this hotel, staff very helpful, clean rooms, excellent location near the London eye, Big Ben and restaurants. Highly recommended

We stayed for 3 night sand enjoyed the most of it. The breakfast is a winner and the room is clean only there was a problem with a strange humid like smell which ı don't know but it was ok.

My friend and I stayed 5 nights, and our experience couldn't have been better. We arrived at 8am after an overnight flight from the US, expecting just to be able to store our bags, and the hotel was able to check us into our room instead! I can't tell you how great it felt to change clothes and wash up after spending the whole night on a plane. The hotel was spotless, from the guest rooms, to the lobby, restaurant and fitness center. Clearly they take pride in having one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen. Location was so convenient to everything Central London has to offer. We walked to the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, St. James Park and Buckingham Palace, to name a few. If you are not a big walker, the Waterloo tube/train station is just a 5-minute walk away. From there you can get anywhere. So many restaurants within a very short walk, to meet any taste, as well as some convenience stores for anything else you need. The breakfast was also top-notch. A large variety of hot and cold options, so that you can have something different every day if you like. We were able to load up on breakfast so that we only needed two meals a day--a big help when food in London tends to be pricey. When I return to London someday, there is no question I will stay here again. We were tremendously impressed!

Breakfast is not very good as claimed before. Eggs, very salty sausages and bacon, cucumber slices, tomatoes. One can have a cereal or oatmeal. Waffles can be made as well, but some equipment is not working properly, so you will have to try few times before it works out.
