Everything was in good condition...location is good for the Tube, and the staff were very friendly. Room was tiny, but probably standard for UK. Felt like a cruise ship room.

Hi Lovely hotel but our stay was marred on the first night by a continual flashing bright light in the shower cubicle. As it's in the bedroom it was like trying to sleep in a disco. A member of staff came up at midnight but couldn't sort it out and it was too late to move us. As you can imagine we managed little or no sleep. The wonderful Chiara did everything she could to sort us out with another room in the morning. So a big thank you to her. Regards Sue Tucker

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ruby Lucy. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help, which made our visit feel truly welcoming. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was both delicious and varied, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo East station, making it easy to explore the city. I would gladly stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Ruby Lucy to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. Fun, well-priced hotel in a new hood

I'd never stayed near Waterloo before. The hotel is well located right near the tube, and is easy walking to the Thames and places like Tate Modern & Borough Market. Hotel staff was warm and lovely -- even got me checked in early so I could dress for a wedding. Room was fresh & efficient. Morning coffee at the bar was great. Neighborhood was interesting & has lots of eating opportunities around it.
