Everything was in good condition...location is good for the Tube, and the staff were very friendly. Room was tiny, but probably standard for UK. Felt like a cruise ship room.

Highly recommended. Upgraded to a larger room than the one I booked , room very good , friendly helpful staff , good facilities , loved the help yourself tea / hot beverage bars on each floor , nice general bar space- feels boutiquey even though this is a chain . Will stay here again .

Great location for train and underground stations. Rooms comfortable but quite compact. Disappointed with the breakfast, everything was crammed into a small space with toasters etc placed on a high shelf above head level.and items slow to be replenished.

Fantastic find. Close to Waterloo station, so 25 minutes on the tube into Wembley Park. Hotel is wonderful and the staff were all amazing. Bed was 11/10! Such a good night sleep. 24hr bar which which was a bonus.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Great coffee shops and bars on the block as well as fun food vendors. Fun lounge at the hotel too with innovative cocktails. Super friendly staff.
