We stayed from the end of July until early August. The hotel's location was perfect! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The service is second to none and the room was spotless. The staff are very helpful and there is a great bar and tea room tucked away to the side. I would stay here again in a heart beat! When I'm back in London this will be my "go to" hotel.

Loved this place. The rooms are CLEAN, comfortable and though small, easy to move around in. Service was outstanding. Free WiFi. Front Desk - VERY helpful. Very happy to help with tickets to show, bus, whatever we needed. Bar - Nicest bartender, and he makes a mean martini -- filled to the brim. Order one just so you can see how he moves it to your table without spilling it! Apologies as I can't find where I wrote down the young mans name. We came in late after seeing The Book of Morman and though he was closing shop, stayed to take care of a late during/food order for us. THANK YOU! Food - Typical Euro bkfst came with the room rate, which was not cheap, but all worth the cost. Room Service available - not TOO pricey, but efficient.

This was our first visit to London. We felt so fortunate to have picked Egerton House. We were greeted warmly and felt the staffs commitment to help us have an enjoyable stay. The room was lovely and very quiet. We so appreciated the extra little touches of fruit, warmed towels and a candle in the bath at night. Before we even arrived in the UK the hotel notified us of available tickets to see the Pink Floyd Exhibition at the V&A. That was so helpful in our planning. Thank you so much. Definitely enjoyed their dining suggestions of The London Grill, at the Rubens Hotel, and The Enterprise. Thank you Jacques, Giulia and Michael for making London a wonderful memory!

From the warm welcome that greeted us upon our arrival until the hugs goodbye, our stay at the Egerton was fabulous! All of the staff are delightful. They helped us navigate the Tube, gave us great restaurant recommendations, served us delightful breakfasts--and always with smiles on their faces. And I loved all the little treats that awaited us on our pillows every night!

The Knightsbridge location is convenient, the hotel is beautiful, the amenities are great, but the true gem here is the unbeatable service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful (especially Jacques and Sahbi) and we cannot wait to return.

When we were trying to find a place to stay in London, found this hotel as a high rating on TripAdvisor. When I was in London a number of years back as an exchange student lived in flat on Egerton Gardens, so when I found Egerton House thought it would be fun reflection and certainly knew the neighborhood. While a bit expensive, competitive with other options in central London. We had a beautiful room overlooking the garden. While the room was a bit small with my suitcase, it was very well appointed and the room and bathroom were very nice. The location is great, near the V&A, Harrods and easy location for getting to all parts of south and central London. But the best part was the staff, the desk, concierge, breakfast servers and bar staff. After four days almost felt like friends in that they were all helpful a took an interest in us and what we wanted to do. Being at Egerton House made our London experience much more enjoyable and fun.

We spent five nights at the Egerton House Hotel and found it to be a terrific place to stay while in London. The accommodations were lovely and the location was convenient for sightseeing. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in securing tickets for the theater and other venues. Their restaurant recommendations were very excellent. We would highly recommend the Egerton House Hotel as THE place to stay.

Great location around the corner from the Victoria and Albert Museum. Staff is the best and will go out of their way to accommodate. Beautiful rooms with nice appointments. This is a boutique hotel. Our best choice in this great city.

This was chosen as a birthday gift for my partner, especially because of the offering of a doggy afternoon tea. We arrived and received a very welcome, with an additional helping hand being offered to my mother in law. Nothing was too much trouble, even changing a chair for a higher one. A lovely property that is beautiful inside and out. So peaceful considering you are just off the busy Brompton Road. A perfect setting for afternoon tea. We really appreciated the more intimate atmosphere of a boutique hotel salon. There is a really lovely selection of afternoon teas, including a delicious gluten free one. Of course the doggy afternoon tea can't be sniffed at either .... well I suppose our dog did before promptly tucking into the homemade meatloaf and biscuits. She just wants meatloaf all the time now. She also loved the toy she was given. The staff that assisted and served us were all gracious and really friendly. We also had a visit from the general manager and had a lovely conversation about how the doggy afternoon tea came about. What a truly charming lady. All in all a fantastic exprience that all of the staff at the Egerton (even those we did not see, who prepared the teas and the room) made special and one we hope to repeat.

Very lovey boutique townhouse hotel on the edge of nice residential neighborhood. A short walk to the V&A Museum and Kensington Gardens. Staff if all very warm and helpful. Room are beautifully decorated, each unique. We had a wonderful experience here and look forward to sampling other hotels from the Red Carnation collection!
