We really enjoyed our stay! The room we were in in was really nice and well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary snacks and water were great to have. The staff was very nice and helpful during our entire stay. The breakfast was great and had a nice selection. The bed was comfortable and very nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the shower head, but it was more due to preference than quality. We don’t prefer the rain shower heads because they are too difficult for normal use and don’t rinse well in our opinion. The hotel is in a great location by Victoria station and there are plenty of food options very close by. The bus stop for our hop on hop off bus was just outside the front door which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is the best feature of this restaurant. The room is small, the mattress is too soft, the room service is always delayed, also the there is a big chance you need to take stairs instead of lift because one building does not have direct lift available.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Air Conditioning. About a 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and just outside of Victoria station (with an entrance available inside the station with a room key). Great Takeaway options available nearby for your morning coffee or quick lunch.

Very nice classic and elegant lobby and hotel in general was very comfortable and staff was very nice. One staff member , Flora originally from Peru was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations. The only part that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet. Same every day and the quality not up to the standards of the hotel. Should add at least one prepared fresh dish like an omelette etc..

Love staying at the Clermont Victoria whenever we’re in London. It is such a beautiful building with a wonderful history. Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Excellent location. Only downfall was navigating around hotel - having to take a lift and several sets of stairs. Confusing to find my way around. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler.
