nice stay for business. staff was consistently helpful.

This is my second time at this hotel. Its location--a five-minute walk to London Bridge Underground, and within easy walking distance of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London--is fantastic. The hotel itself is great. Rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

While it is located in the business district, right next to city hall, it was across the river from a lot of the major tourist attractions. Transportation was easily accessible. Underground, buses and tourist buses are a short walk.

Great location, 3 blocks to London bridge underground, rooms spacious for London. Only negative is in room wi-fi internet access not include d. From the listing I thought it was. They were "nice"about it and charged $23 for my five nights rather than the usual $23 per day...

This was my second stay at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. It's very nicely appointed, modern, very clean and friend staff. Best of all it's very conveniently located.

check-in staff at late night was a bit "snippy". i expected here more.... however, the room was nice and very clean. good sleeping comfort as the room was also really quiet. unfortunately, the view of all rooms up to the 9th floor is blocked by office buildings. in general, we really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfy, the bathroom is lovely. The neighborhood is scary. On a Sunday morning - 7am - we were surrounded by loud drunken men waiting for the tube to open at the London Bridge station. I was with my 80 year old father, and we were both unnerved. Even though the hotel was lovely, I can not recommend it because of its location. Also, there aren't any restaurants close and the hotel's food is very expensive.

Concierge [...] was top notch when dealing witha problem with booking transportation to theairport

the location was just off the tower bridge underground stop and stop and go bus route, which made traveling in London very easy. The hotel was modern and the customer service was exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again when in London.

The pros: Excellent full breakfast buffet in the morning - everything that you could imagin for breakfast. Location near London Bridge train/metro station. Easy watch to the Queens promenade on the Thames. The cons: No view - surrounded by tall business buildings.\ Uses IBahn for Internet in rooms - very expensive at 10 BP per day! (Internet should be free!)

Great location, minutes walk to London Tower Bridge, and tube(train) station if you wanted to visit anywhere else in the city. [...] Staff was very friendly. Our flight got in at 0740am and was able to check in as soon as we arrived. Grocery store and quick eats nearby also. I would stay at this hotel again.
