The main part of the hotel was lovely, the rooms however feel a bit more tired as did the bathroom, which had paint flaking off the walls. Breakfast was ok, I’m dairy free and there were some vegan croissants available which was a nice touch and a surprise. Staff were very friendly.

Good but could have been more

Overall it was good. The issue was parking in the hotel car park with the barriers not able to go up. We circled London bridge looking for a space until we came back to the hotel and another member of staff was able to manually open the barriers to let us in. The room was good. The shower wasn’t clean and had the previous hotel stayers hair on the wall. Okay value for money but the customer service could have been a little more knowledgeable as they said the car park was full when there was clearly a lot of spaces available

The hotel had a very unique atmosphere, it was clean and had good decor. The bedroom was spacious and a comfortable temperature, with very comfortable bedding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty.
