Pro;Extensive breakfast buffet, nice offerings rest of day., by thus Americans standards. Con: Heat not working a couple nights into stay, no washcloths. Overcharged at checkout.
Didn’t get the deluxe room I paid for and there was a ton of construction noise early in the morning.
Returned to the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch after staying at other London hotels for the past 3 years. The hotel staff was very helpful, professional and pleasant. The new restaurant/bar located in the lobby was fantastic - Great staff and ambience.
i like the hotel, i am hotel guest since 2007. it's near arab restaurant and shopping spot. however, i requested hotel to offer free upgrade or provide rooms in higher floors next to each other but they did not.. also, no free upgrade provided.
Well located. Close to tube. Close to shopping. Close to food.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent, and we loved the bar area with small pool table. Candy and flavored water in the lobby was a very nice touch. Close to lebanese and indian food. Easy walk to Marble Arch (to catch bus tours, if you are interested) and Hyde Park for running/relaxing. Also a quick walk to Primax for shopping. I would recommend this hotel. In-room water pot for tea or coffee. If I had to list some negatives -- Rooms were a bit small -- could have used a little more space, narrower furniture perhaps.
Every need was meet by the staff with a smile. The location was fantastic for shopping, high end shops were close as well as more affordable options. Would stay again!
Staying at this hotel permitted us to walk to most of our destinations in Central London, and it's proximity to Hyde Park and tube station helped make this an enjoyable vacation. Door, concierge and reception staff were most helpful exceeding our expect ions. Restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, but it was a Saturday evening and a with big graduation ball going on up on the mezzanine, perhaps the hotel was stretched for kitchen staff.

Dear Fatima Thank you for your loyalty to the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch and I am very pleased to hear you like the hotel and surrounding area. Your feedback provided is valuable to us however unfortunately the hotel is unable to offer complimentary upgrades without a supplement fee. The hotel was also very busy at the time of your stay in October therefore unable to provide rooms on the higher floors, but I see from the accommodation history that you had rooms side by side on a lower level floor. Fatima, thank you again and trust we will have the opportunity to welcome you back in the very near future. With kind regards
